Help Identifying Manifold...

Found this and need some help identifying what brand/make it could be!

It's not mine so I can't take the tape off and look for any markings, it's not for me but trying to help a mate out.

Could be anything. is it stainless and thin? Could be an ebay manifold.

look like a dim sim eBay manifold for a RB with an dodged up penis job of external gate port modded to it lol

Only matters cos I got sent a link to an eBay item from a mate asking if this would help his newly acquired skyline, doesn't look like any manifolds I've seen and couldn't make out why the piping was even done that way lol

Was hoping someone might be able to identify it as I know at some stage or another we've all gone down that cheaper road...only to realise we were better off waiting for the better option!
