What Offsets Fit?

i found some nice bbs style rims as thrash around daily driver wheels while i save for some nice new ones, they wheels are 15x6.5 55offset

now my car currently has stock laurel wheels which i think are 15x6 40 offset

so will these other wheels fit? im swapping them for stock s14 rims i have spare, i could go down the road of some spacers but if i dont need them to be driveable ill leave it as more money for new wheels

how the car currently sits on laurel wheels, front is coming up 20mm or so to make it legal haha
