I'm doing calcs for master cylinder sizing for a pedal box. The calcs are quite sensitive to CofG variations which makes sense as this plays a large part in weight transfer during braking.

Has anyone accurately determined their CofG? It would also be useful to know what your ride height was set to at the time.

My car is stripped at present so I can't do this myself.

Cheers

Yes, well I asked because it is pretty much possible to work out where it is longitudinally, and pretty close to impossible to work out where it is vertically. I mean, what sort of equipment exactly would you use?

The best way I could imagine to do it would be mock up the masses of the large parts of the car at various equivalent heights. And that number would end up being so full of crap (due to guesstimates and approximations) that I wouldn't use it for anything serious.
