Turbo Kit On A R34 Gt

Hey guy i got skyline r34 gt I'm thinking of putting a turbo kit in it., do u guys know anyone i could talk to? How much would it roughly cost?

External gate?

E85?

Budget?

It will cost less to sell your car and buy a gtt.

Just slapping a turbo on a na motor will limit power.

Be smart, don't waste money

Not worth it. I had an NA R33 and it was cheaper to sell it and buy an R34. And this was about seven years ago, so prices were significantly higher than they are now.

You can't just put on a turbo kit. You have to do so much more and it will cost you an arm and a leg.

Hey guys i talked with this mechanic about the turbo kit he said if i spend 6-7grand i could get 500hp so wat do u guys think? Coz the r34gtt cost 12-13 grand aswell

Dont bother unless you want a massive project.

For 6-7 grand he would prob just swap the engine....and keep the cash..

Either, Swap the engine. or Swap the car.

Don't forget that there are a lot of big differences between the GT and the GTT. Do some searching on this forum as its been covered a few times. The gearbox, diff and brakes are also all different and ideally should be changed.

ashi, their is only so many time you can ask for advice and ignore it.

sell the car. take you rmoney, buy a gtt.

better interior, exterior, brakes, engine, everything. its actually built to be turbo and its not worth zip cos its a messy gt.

SELL IT > BUY GTT > have reliable fun.

Actually it depends what model GT you have. I had a 2000 model series 2, which had everything (interior, brakes, etc) the same as a GTT except the motor and gearbox.
