Didn't post on here I forgot about this site completely when it happened.. I've been out looking everywhere and it's doing my head in..

It was the only day I left my car at home and went to work in my sisters car ..

I know it's late.. And I know it's probably gone but Atleast others are aware .. I've seen a few go missing in my area ):

It sucks..

3 weeks later and my car is at home in the garage waiting to get the ignition fixed! Other than that my sub was stolen but that of all things in the car to be missing I don't even care!!!

It's exactly how it was when I left it!

FOUND IN PRESTON

BRIGHTON AVE !!

Crazy can't even explain how happy I am! My heart is singing!!! So happppy (: post-132271-13954909627706_thumb.jpgpost-132271-13954909739699_thumb.jpg

Trust me I know how lucky it is I can't even believe it still! The night before yesterday was the night I finally started to accept that it may be gone forever .. And then I wake up and get the best news in the world (:

. ..And then I wake up and get the best news in the world (:

Haha Dude how late do you sleep ? ! !

I was trying to call & sending messages until nearly Midday !

Glad you got your wheels back home, did they get any prints ?

The R34 was just sitting there, in a suburban street not looking particularly out of place except for 3 weeks of dust, 2 parking tickets and a notice that Gas works were going to happen, and please move your car !

Just goes to show - cars get dumped in quiet suburban streets, where there's no cameras & everyone's asleep.

*Keep your eyes peeled for White C34 Stag with Towbar & "The USA Surf" Tailgate sticker plz guys!*

p.s. Everyone get an immobiliser! that's first on my list if the Stag comes back.

Or two immobilisers. And a club-lock. and a rottweiler. Grrrrr.. . .

I had work the night before and I'm a sick as a dog!!!! All I did the last three weeks was work and drive around aimlessly looking for my car and then you found it!

I genuinely am so grateful!!! Can not believe how close it was 10 minute trip and my car is sitting there chilling..

I really hope you find your car too! I will keep an eye!! Thanks again!!!!!

The cops didn't really tell me anything, they female cop came to my house and said that the Preston police had finger printed my car, and that I can basically drive it home from the spot it was found -.- got it towed to a shop it's locked away till I get it fixed this week!

I will follow up with police tomorow see if they get anything from it!!

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
