And the fact Brent Tate is 1000. Billy Slater has suddenly looked old this year, no Conk, no Petro and no Steve price. This is as bad as they have been for a long while. NSW played well and good on them for the win but this is not the best QLD team.

This something I don't get, nsw win and they're still finding something to complain about, seriously guys, everyone said qld wasn't at their best and nsw put in the hard yards and deserved the win. Go and be happy about it!

yeah, saw that head-butt and forearm in the tackle. Issue is, NSW based director in charge of the telecast and replays. That was never replayed on channel 9. Those calls never are. Same as when Cooper Cronk was cleaned up late. You neve saw the replay, despite a stoppage in play right after. You just saw Cronk being tended by the trainer for the next five odd minutes. Same as Billy Slater getting tackled without the ball, etc etc etc. But anyway, that's usual fare these days, so no use complaining about it. Great game.

    • We have 2x Swifts and my plans for a Swift, unfortunately, do not extend to an intake and an exhaust. I've been having dirty thoughts about a 2.5L Suzi V6, AWD gearbag out of a suitable donor, rear floorpan graft to take the rear cradle from same, and either trumpets of evil or a small supercharger. If I'm going to make noise in a Swift, I want it to be anti-social, evil handling and rough. Probably need to be fully stripped inside, matt black paint, plastic windows, 7" wide wheels, big brakes, silly suspension, etc etc etc. I have no idea if any of the proposed driveline components could take the pain. But it would be a hoot finding out.
    • Really, anyone modifying a car isn't being financially smart. We're doing it for the things we love. And honestly, a high revving, light, NA car is actually pretty darn fun. I used to have a Swift Sport, and I miss that thing as a daily, and yes, doing something like some intake and exhaust stuff would have made minimal gains, but would have bought an even bigger smile
