25 Head Water Gallery

Hey guys just wondering if this will be fine to use with the 30 gasket? Was supposed to be ready to go but it has about 5mm going under the gasket. If we use a bit of sealer around that area as well will it be good to go or does it need to be welded and decked again...

Hard to remember just by looking.

Lay the gasket over for another shot.

I'm pretty sure you can get away without welding, it just leaves hardly any sealing surface so the fact you have some weld likely means it's going to be fine.

I reshape the water gallery to suit the 30 gasket

Shanfer the edge where the oil gallery was and your done
