Car Making 0 Boost After Ebc And Fmic Install

Hi all,

I just installed a second hand blitz return flow fmic and a greddy profec b spec II electronic boost controller. Once starting the car up I realised that there was no boost. With the ebc on and off there was no rise in boost pressure according to the stock 34 gtt boost gauge so that's lead me to believe that maybe there's something wrong with my front mount? I'll get some pics of it all and draw up some diagrams but if anyone has a clue about what's wrong and could help out it will be GREATLY appreciated

Attached is a (poorly drawn) diagram of everything I did with the ebc. Also I plugged up the spot that connects to the stock boost solenoid on the metal pipe which goes to the bov

I don't understand how you cant have boost, whats stopping it? the only way to not get boost would be to remove the actuator?

It was boosting fine before I installed any of the stuff. Also I left the stock boost solenoid plugged in with both the lines connected to nothing

Or the gauge isnt seeing the pressure

Right ? I have no clue with what the hell is happening. Only thing I can think of is hose/ Intercooler leaks but even with that shouldn't it be making a tiny amount of boost ?

Yeah the gauge is what I also suspected but on the actual greddy ebc when I accelerate the boost level was staying roughly the same (around -60 or -80 ish) give or take .1 and after I release the throttle from revving it there's no Boost figure from the previous "pull" which according to greddy says that it should display it after you release your foot from the throttle

Fuel pressure reg is not a good place top tap into ...but pull the hose off the actuator and see if you show any boost - if so you have got the controller hooked up wrong or its a dud. Be careful not to overboost!

On the greddy manual it says to tap Into there so that's why I did it but I was hesitant doing it. And okay I'll detach the hose coming out of the actuator to the greddy boost solenoid and just leave it open ? Or should I block it up ?

Or just pinch the hose shut and see if it boosts ?

You'll need to clamp it with something - it won't boost without load you have to be driving it.
