Car Alarms

Where in Canberra do people get there car alarms and immobliser systems installed.

I talked to Braddon Car stereo and Audio tech, anyone else think of a good place to try?

depends what kind you get i guess... i've got a Brant one and they have their own installers come down from Sydney and do it for you.

I'd say definately go to Audiotech in Tuggeranong-ask for Tony(da Boss) or John-only that I know these two best from when they did my GTR-awesome job,service and great price!The rest of their crew are very efficient and friendly,too;only I'm crap with names...

hey shell i am not sure how long ago you got yours done but i rang them like 3 weeks ago and asked about getting one installed and they were like your in canberra right ??? i am yea they are like na we wont do it. i then said but i am passing through sydney i will come into you guys to get it done and they still said they didnt want to do it as they are trying to get out of the canberra scene or something i dont know maybe the guy i spoke to was a tool???

anyways i went to newcastle and got one installed

i had mine done a BDL fyshwick, very good price and install was done well.

im having a few probs with the alarm at the moment, but that has more to do with the several wires i melted in the boot, shorting on each other. oops

had mine done at lonsdale electricians in braddon, they did a good job, but stuffed me around a bit when i went to pay.

next place i'd probably take it to is audiotech in tuggs or BDL

hey leech, you're probably right, i just had a look on their website and it used to say Canberra but it doesn't anymore I got mine a few years ago..

The guy there (Allen Jong) is the one that installed mine...he did it in my work carpark in Fyshwick
