Hi Guys,

I have decided to sell my GT-R, probably one of the finest examples of a Series 3 GT-R around! it is always garaged, and unfortunately (for me!) hardly driven as it was a weekend car.

12/1997 Series 3 GT-R 65,000KM Full 12 months rego

White (QM1) with Nismo B piller and Nismo wing garnishes

Xenon headlights

clear side indicators

Body coloured front lip

Boot lock shaved

Tinted Windows

17" silver powder coated GTR rims

King Springs (1" lower)

full factory Dark Grey leather interior with series 3 trim

Alpine CD player

Fully optioned alarms

Nismo 320km Instrument cluster (Carbon Fibre with Black dials)

Dual 2.5" full Exhaust system (one of the nicest looking and sounding exhausts many have seen)

exclusively serviced by Mark at Hills motorsports (interim oil changes etc. done by myself) in Castle Hill

Engine oil changed every 5000km (with Mobil 1 0w40)

lightened nismo flywheel with daiken 6 puck Heavy duty clutch

The Car is in fantastic condition both mechanically and bodywise, and looks prestine compared to alot of GTR's on the road. No expense spared! White can't be beaten for on-road presense :P

A very original GT-R with a few bonuses!

Now $46,500

Call me on 0416 022 808 if your interested

please, no time wasters (it is hard enough to let her go as it is, i don't need to be tormented!)

Hey All,

This is easily the most pristine example of a Skyline I have *ever* seen (and by god, I've seen a lot!).

Maticulously maintained and driven once a month. I have driven this car myself on several occasions and it has always been a pleasure (I preferred driving this one to my R33 GTR).

I can also vouch for Kent, he's a bit of a YOBBO, but he's a trustworthy guy.

Looks very well maintained and the new owner will be very happy with it. The leather doesn't look at home to me for some reason. Just used to the standard interior I supose. :)

i am not too sure on that, i thought that as well, but i have seen a few 97's with out them, i have also heard that they were optional, but i can't say that i know that for a fact.

it is definantly a series 3! (xenons, red lining in the interior, deeper front dam etc..)

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
