I guess if what you said wasn't slanderous, there shouldn't be any problems as people are entitled to their opinions and thats what makes us all individuals.

As long as you're making it completely clear that you're only doing this to appease someone else, which means that its a false apology, it's all good

Well,

I think it's terrible that Tom here can't have his own opinion on something/someone that has had a great deal to do with Skylines, SAU and SAUWA.

Anyway, I've put waaay more than my two cents in a thread that I know nothing about.

Jason.

I totally agree with u there uneekwahn. I missed all the hubub and didnt get in before it was deleted but i think i still got the jist of it.

Unfortunately this is a public forum and the right to free speach does not apply. We cant have everyone coming on to badmouth the guy down the street about the fact that he sold him a bag of oranges with 2 apples in it now can we. Most of the time you can say what you want to say or insinuate something that u are not allowed to say but all out sledging matches just screw everything for everyone.

I agree with the "no one cares" thing. People you meet in person generally behave nothing like what they do online, completely different world. Ive never held anything against anyone ive met from the forums and then know in reality and i hope i never will.

Well unless they badmouth my fluffy dice that is.

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
