I dunno Alan - car looks tuff to me. Here's a better shot. I'm not a huge fan of the red red ferrari's. If I was ever stupidly rich enough to be able to get one for fun I would get one in the burgandy color they come in. I reckon that looks awesome. But anyways....

Na look some people are tools. Some guy reckons because his modded wrx was able to keep up with a ferrari that a wrx must be better than a ferrari.

He suffers from delusions.

I mean last year at Sandown I chopped a 355 and in the Dutton blew off a 996 RS. But I know my car isn't better than either of them.

um...are they pulling out to overtake, or just getting a better angle... either way thats a damn nice car!

I may go out on a limb here and say that I would prefer a hard top over the convertible, I always find the soft top wrecks the cool roof lines of a coupe... examples would be the 350Z, 911, etc

Has anyone watched some of those Best Motoring videos? In every race where there is a Ferrari it has come last. It was beaten by R34 GTR's, 911 Turbos, Murcielago's and even a M3. It wasnt the driver either. One time it was Gansan and even he said that Ferrari's tend to perform poorly on the track due to the lack of 4WD. I'd still get one though.

Why are they comparing a RWD to 4WDs with just as much if not more power? That's simply unfair. As for the M3, I'm betting it wasn't a one sided fight there.

Don't get me wrong, I think they are all magnificent cars (having driven all of them bar the Lambo) but when comparing things, don't compare a fork to a spoon.

      I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
