if not, will the stock one be fine or should i invest in some?

cheers

Hey mate

Stock ones will be fine. If they need link kits, they come with them.

Matt

Hey Matt

Can you also get rear cradle bushes for r32 gtst (pineapples or what do u suggest for an oversteer application)? mine are minced

There were no replacement rear subframe bushes in the Group Buy, but I can get them at Group Buy prices (ie; retail less 16%);

N92447 Rear Subframe bush kit $198.00

Delivery would be $10

ahh i just read that

are they pineapples?

are rear cradle bushes and subframe bushes the same thing?

Hey SK I've sent a couple of PM's but haven't got a reply.

You sent a PM just saying 'Ordered' on Monday 26th. Just wondering when you expect these to be delivered as I have to make sure someone is home. It also says in the first page that a consignment number will be provided. Could I please grab this?

Cheers,

Adrian

Received everything and finally installed them correctly. I would recommend that everyone use their original dust covers if possible. The fronts have a washer in the standard dust cover that is required and sits above the bump stop. Also the Whiteline ones aren't too great, the rears have got stuck on my shock body and pulled the bump stop with it so I am getting a bit of noise, I will chuck the standard ones back in.

Apart from that the kit is great and very well priced, to set the height at 350/340mm I had to use one setting above standard but the ride is great and the handling is even better than I had before. The only problem I had was that communication with SK is difficult due to the PM box always being full.

We are currently suffering from out of stock on some springs, some alignment products and some shocks absorbers, which is holding up about 20 deliveries, some for over 6 weeks. So we haven't been taking new orders, it's not fair on the guys who are waiting on their stuff. Springs are gradually arriving, they are made in Europe, so delivery takes time. The bush production is getting back on stream after the amalgamation of the Noltec and Whiteline alignment products, the new combined range is called Whiteline Plus. Some are due this/next week. That leaves us with a few kits that will be waiting on selected Bilstein part numbers. I am on the suppliers case daily as many of the guys are, understandably, getting impatient and they send multiple PM's every day, this fills up the inbox faster than we can reply.

It's a temporary situation caused by a number of unrelated issues, once we are passed that we will take some new orders. The bonus is there are a number of new and improved products that we will be able to include in the various Group Buys.

Cheers

Gary

Hey Gary,

I'm looking at sorting out my rear camber issues and trying to figure out if i need one or two sets. The car sits 335mm all round except drivers rear which sits at 340. I know you say two kits are required for this height, just wondering if this is definitely the case or if it changes from car to car. If so how can i figure out what i need? Don't want to fork out for two kits if i don't need to

Thanks,

Josh

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
    • Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
