Cefiro Window Regulators

Hi,

I've now broken two window regualtors and have decided to fix them at the same time. I have a few questions;

1. Who apart from nissan can get these?

2. Does the Cefiro share a regualtor with another car, i.e Maxima, Silvia, etc. ?

3. Is it common for these car's to break the cables in the regualtors?

my rear right one is stuck on and if its not unpluged it makes my battery go flat

i recon a nissan window reg would all the the same...i am goin to get one out of a silvia soon and find out

where abouts are you located?? if your in brisbane, i can sometimes get them repaired (depends on how bad they are). pretty sure silvia ones are completly different.

Electric Life Australia will only sell me a regulator and motor. I only want the regualtor for the front and rear. For the front they quoted me $300, lol. Nissan quoted me $195 for front w/out motor and $158 for the rear w/out motor, from japland and i have to wait 4 weeks.

Guys I am able to get these reconditioned on an exchange basis. I require the entire mechanism except the glass itself to be sent to me. I can get S13, A31, C33, R31, R32, and R33 ... basically any unit that is cable driven. The cost is $150 per unit and that includes return postage to you, registered and insured.

bigsully84 - how about fixing door lock actutors?

i can fix it but don't know which way the cogs line up when door locked/unlocked
