hey everyone

just thort id say hello to everyone. ive just bought a 92 gts-t, moving up from a corolla. il get some pics up of it soon for everyone to see.

i am actually looking for a good place for a wheel alignment in the east (doncaster area) as the car has the shudders at 110 on the fwy

any suggestions?

welcome aboard mate..hope u enjoy your stay..

i am not sure if wheel alignment is the problem there, most likely out of balance wheels or few other reasons...but do get an alignment anyways..

i always go to Traction tyres in Rowville, they do an awesome job..

Hey buddy! Welcome to the money pit that is a skyline :P You will find all your spare money going towards your car leaving you with an empty wallet ;)

As for the shaking, you just need to get your wheels balanced, and it wouldnt hurt to get an alignment as well.

ive booked it into a place around the corner from me (computerline?) in nunawading. I was recommened to go there by a mate.

can anyone host some pics of my car so i can put them up to show u guys?

Last time we went to a Bob Jane for a tyre swap, they left nicks in some very expensive wheels.

I'll send you a PM with a phone number for the alarm.

Anyhow, as usual I definately recommend Centreline Suspension in Thomastown if you can be arsed driving there :)

They do heaps of excellent race setup work if you're into that kind of thing.

      Hi Everyone, I did 4.11 gears in my 34 GTR and only thing that remains is to fix the speedo reading (it reads about 15% higher) using the R33 GTR speedo sensor. Few questions:   1. Does the R33 speedo sensor fit right in to the 6sp getrag? I read it does but wanted to confirm because the speedo sensors between 33 and 34 look quite different   2. The connector on the 33 speedo sensor will not plug into the connector on the getrag. Do I just need to wire the pins together manually?  See pic: https://imgur.com/a/NTDzFe8

      If the slightly higher internal EGR caused by a high flow cat causes detonation your tuner was way, way, way too aggressive to begin with. Timing scatter is a problem unless you go to a crank trigger, winter vs summer blend has different octane, list goes on.

      The H1 Alpha with the 6.6 Duramax is basically the actual powerplant it needs to be remotely ok to drive on public roads. It's just not worth the cost to buy a real one. Humvees look cool but man the reality of them is depressing. Grunts aren't kind to them but they aren't that reliable either, they have horrible payload despite absolutely massive size, zero actual armor against mines/small arms, absolutely anemic naturally aspirated diesels, list goes on.
