cos the engine bays get really hot normally especially if there is a turbo there with no heat shield around it etc

riaz, on the left side just near the turbo, there is a bunch of wires and i have no idea wat they do. my dad is scaried the car will catch on fire so he gave me a fire thing 2 put under my seat

those wires i think would have originally been part of the factory boost solenoid which controls the boost up to 5psi and then at a certain rpm it goes to 7psi

you are running 7psi all the time at .5 bar

and there is no solenoid in site.

i dont think those wires are going to cause any sort of problem,

you can get heat shield tubing etc for it if you want. or cable tie it elsewhere in the engine bay so it isnt hanging.

i think this is calling for a weekend lookover
