Help Gtr Turbos Surging

hi iv recently bought an r32 gtr and im new to the skyline world and im really desprate for help!!

my gtr is running on 15psi and runs like a gtr shood run for bout an half an hour to an hour and afte that time my car dosnt reach 15 psi it gets to 10 psi and i watch the boost gauge and the needle just flickers up and down but dosnt go past 10 psi and BOVS go off reptively between 3000 - 4000 revs plzzz help

I would say its the standard coil packs heating up and then misfiring. Hence why its fine at the start when they are cold.

umm soo wat do i do bout that get a new coil pack?? this is my first car so i have no idea what to do??
