Now I know who you are.

Hello, and say hi to "Uncle Robert" for me.

Thats enough from you CHOPS!! I remember you too.. long time no see..

You better come out this Saturday - Im even trying to get "Uncle Robert" out..

yep, as long as you don't have a decent car :( .... I don't fancy cruising with 100+ P-platers in Mum's pulsar or Dad's Commo, who think they can drive. From memory there has never been a cruise like this that hasn't had some form of accident, correct me if I'm wrong.

As lnog as you *don't* have a decent car? am i missing something :( All good. Further more the fact that there has been an accident at each one ya remember makes me wonder a little.... :D

Cheers for the info NightCrawler

nah mate you get me wrong .... I haven't been on one of these cruises - I was just pointing out that they are frequented by many young people who haven't had their licences for long, and as such are significantly more likely to have an accident, than if they didn't gather in large testoterone-fuelled groups. If they crash into you, don't expect them to have any money or insurance. I am told by others who frequent such cruises about the accidents. Just my opinion, it's a free world to do what you wish ....

Nightcrawler - there has only ever been one accident on our cruises. We warn people of the dangers, i mean after all when you cruise the hills you take the risk of having an accident.

As far as P-plater syndrome. We are a young club yes, but most of us are now off our P's and drive responsibly.

No beef intended Nightcrawler - as you have valid points.

Might I add - that the people in particular that did "crash" were not from our club, but from another "club" and were driving recklessly at that time.

Also said - Before we embark on our hills sections of our cruises we pre-warn our cruisers the dangers of hills driving and to take it easy.

If you wish to cruise - I'll see you there.

Tonight everyone!! See you at 5pm

Damn i dislike relatives on particular days, bro was called up and had to go, and then i was asked (parentally forced) to go to a bbq... :P ...not happy. Hope the cruise was great and hope all went well. :)

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
