Hey ppls.

I'm confirming the drawing with my Laser Cutter and I should have a reply with a day.

I'll then order the guides, 3-5 days later I will pick up the bent parts and take them directly to my new bending subbie.

Then they will be put in boxes and sent out. Powdercoating is in there after bending too.

Hey Guys.

Update: Just went to see how they were going at the bending place. Turns out their machine has been playing up all week and they haven't had a chance to get to it.

On the way there, I saw another place that I will get to quote the work as they can do everything from the start to the finish, including supplying material, cutting it, bending it and coating it.

I've been trying to get it done at individual places but obviously it's turning into a nightmare.

I'll will send the GTS-T Series II and Stag Series II drawings to these guys and see what it comes back like complete. I'm hoping that it will be near enough to taking it to three different places.

So, I should know by Monday or Tuesday about the new place and by the same time I expect to have the guides which have already been cut, bent.

Okay, have a great weekend ppls.

I'll update as soon as I know.

PS. I've learnt some valuable lessons from this group buy which I will keep with me always. Especially for any further group buys.

Hey ppls.

All the Series I and Stag SI guides should be bent this weekend at the subbies.

I expect the quote from the new place today also for the Series II and Stag Series II

Full update Monday.

Update!!!!!!

Okay, literally just got off the phone to the new place.

They have come back with reasonable pricing, so I will be ordering from them. They are a little bit expensive on the Stag scoops, but I'll cover that as this group buy has been too long.

They are to be cut, bent and coated by the same company, hence making this much smoother.

A couple of little details are being finalised tomorrow and the order will be in tomorrow.

Not long now.

I have already begun folding the boxes up (mind numbing job) so that as soon as I have the parts in my hand, I can ship them out.

Bubble wrap is ready to go too.

Again, I thank you all for your patience and I trust that you will be happy with your parts when they arrive.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
