My -5s on a stock R32 engine looks just about exactly like this graph at 17psi: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=4563172 It's making 160awkw @ 3500rpm (which is plenty I reckon), 200awkw at ~4300rpm, 95% of full power at 5000rpm and maxing at ~7000rpm. So, just on 300awkw from 5-7k RPM, making 293 at all 4 on 17psi and 306 at all 4 on 18.5psi. I like the -5s as they don't compromise much for when I get an engine built. I had 2530s on the car before anyway so am used to lower response times... Hell, I had a 700hp T66 - 1.32 rear on a car 6 years ago, LOL.
  3. Mine are at ~85% at 293awkw. Made 306awkw but was getting dangerous so boost was turned down half a pound or something to get it into the safe zone.
  4. I bought one from eBay USA for very cheap. Was like $350 delivered in AUD IIRC. Installed it into my R32 GTR myself. Had the car tuned. I love it. Great EBC. I found it easy as to install having never done a EBC specifically before (came with every single part + more), simple to use, nice features (the boost ramp up thing works as shown on my dynosheet), also a tiny little thing no one can notice in my interior.

There is NO information on the original on this file you post. None. The big question is: Why did you not post or even mention this far earlier on in the thread? Surely when you ripped into me earlier it would have helped your cause. You can't be that simple, can you? Anyone who believes this tripe fails to consider that a snoop of KR4-GTR's photoshopped picture demonstrates that the original was taken with a ""OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA" model no "u810/S810"and date/time of original is "2009:12:14 12:00:53". These are the original marks that count and HAVE NOT HAVE BEEN EDITED BY KR4-GTR. (unless he did it to his detriment?) That is a mute point. All the information is contained in the jpegsnoop of the photo KR4 posted. Sure, you say that can be manipulated but he would not have edited his own EXIF or IPTC to shoot himself in the foot? Because that's precisely what it does. The information of the original is in that file - the fact that the information has been lost in the image I posted, through saving and posting from my work, means shit and is for comparison purposes only. In Summary FACT: KR4-GTR was banned under the 350z username for his conduct. PROOF: He admitted to after initially lying about it (now says he shared it with friends). FACT: KR4-GTR calls the selling person of the car in question a 'complete 2 faced immature and arrogant c*nt and starts bitch session on a car he viewed in Melbourne in his importing thread. PROOF: His post of 20 December 2009. FACT: The original photo was taken on 14 December 2009. PROOF: KR4-GTR's edited picture contains the original file's information. FACT: KR4-GTR's photo was edited on 28 December 2009 minutes before he posted it. PROOF: Marker information (including Lino use) in jpegsnoop and the fact he admitted to editing it (but only after it was found to be fact later and after initially denying it). FACT: One part of the picture in KR4-GTR's is darker than the rest of the photo. PROOF: Use your eyes and compare the photos or view the jpegsnoop file and see the editing for the related areas. The changes performed using photoshop are NOT uniform. FACT: The jpegsnoop information was not manipulated to KR4-GTR's detriment. PROOF: Why would he do that to himself? That is the whole story. I just can't make any of this up. All of the evidence I rely on comes from a file KR4-GTR posted himself, using a 3rd party program to analyse it, and KR4-GTR's admitted (after initial denial) facts, aside from the seller's photo. On the balance of probabilities it would be found that what I posted above is factual, it would be quite easily accepted that what 288 posted is a self furnished picture. You have that and KR4-GTR's word of truth (already found to be a liar) against my factual outline. Pretty simple conclusion to make.

There's a massive difference between attacking the individual selling by saying he 'constantly lied through his teeth' is 'complete 2 faced immature and arrogant c*nt' and then photoshopping a pic to justify the story compared to simply saying the vehicle was cheap for a reason (or even going so far as specifying why).   20. I agree, you make this point very well and often! If 300kW at the wheels is your final aim, smaller turbos are more responsive. Once my motor is built later on, I will shoot for more. My car made 306 at all four, but it ran out of injector. If it had more it would have been boosted until it made no more power LOL. There's also the differences between dynos (my car made the same power as the black R34 GTR on here), plus I am 600m above sea level and it was hot (not sure how shootout corrects for this), and most of all my engine has 150+kms on it probably LOL. All may be factors for the low number on that boost? Anyway, in due course we will see what my set up does with a new block, in the mean time I am more than happy with the power and boost threshold as it is having had a history of big turbo cars
  21. The GTR seats are great. I'd definitely speak to some timmers, they vary a bit in price. Getting one to show you his work who works from home and is cheap is the best (value) bet. I have a trimmer here in Canberra who will be doing mine later in the year and has done plenty of others for me in the past.

Why did Chris lie about using photoshop at all when the picture was questioned, then later change his story again to admit to resizing the picture using the said program prior to posting it? Because it was later exposed it was done minutes prior to him posting it and the original was two weeks old. Why resize it at all and more to the point, why were other tools used - chrominance, luminance, lino use (photoshop's paint brush!), etc? Because he edited it to support an aggressively negative story. Now we all realise the facts, you can move on with your thread. Just keep your tongue and other morally questionable behaviour in check, Chris. It eventually bites back at you.
  23. I bought my -5s off Kudos (forum sponser) with the install kit and it there was no trouble fitting them up with what was supplied, so that is perhaps an alternative (turbo choice pending) to the full GT-SS kit. My car made 293awkw in 34 degree heat on ~17psi. It needs injectors for more.

You tried to defend him by saying what was uncovered about his edited picture using jpegsnoop was due to resizing - perhaps by the forum - this is flat out bullshit and ignores everything else (the time it was done and editing marks, all using photoshop). You also attempted to add clout by saying you did this for a living. If that isn't a partial view then I don't know what is. Everyone else simply picking sides, can enjoy living in their own world of self deceit in the face of the facts, it's practically human to do so. Although it is a lesser way to live.
