I'm going to bathurst and this year will be very different. There is sure to be tiributes for him. I'm in for any cruise. Will I drive the 32 or the VH Commodore??? I think ford/holden/nissan fans will all unite for this. I sure hope so. Just because you're a ford fan doesn't mean you hate holden drivers. Like Mark skaife. I don't like him but I respect him and he really is a great driver.

I get 450-500 on the highway. about 350 round town. What are you guys doing to only make 200!!! I'm making about 210 at the wheels and flat out driving would still get 250 or so???

Agreed. I was there on friday night at I ran a 13.43 with about 200-210 rwkw and my suspension setup is for drift/track. It's very stiff. I used semi slicks because I had them. Definitely helped. I'm no drag racer, just wanted to have some fun. Why not get some slicks. Easier than swapping or adjusting suspension...

Yeah Mate. I'm pretty sure I will. Wanna cruise there? You know where I live. Depends on your driving ability and how well set up your car is? Have you got a locked diff, good clutch, good suspension, good front tyres, done a service recently? You could put it into a wall! I think what Adam Newton said at our Drift for Dummies last month sums it up nicely. Cars hate to drift. It's hard on all mechanical components. I'd recommend becoming a member of SAU and doing a drift for dummies day on a skidpan before heading to Calder since they don't have a beginners course anymore.

Driving at Deca is enough fun for me. Plus at 6 in the morning I don't really want to wake up earlier to drive twisty roads. just wanna get there.
