  1. well good luck Dane, hopefully its not too far away! The promo vids for all three days are done. They have changed day 3 a bit, now my little cheater off is in there
  2. there is a fair amount left on them. i will be shitty if i cant break a 35.... but im just pulling numbers out of my ass. hopefully it is dry... none of this intermittant crap. i wont complain if it pours all day... winton is SO much fun in the wet. watching some of their vids it looks like you could blow them away in the gemini Thanks mate, just bridging the gap till you get back... any news on yours?? ah yes, who can forget a 1.46 in a stock car on street tyres.
  3. Blockbuster did SAU Thailand.
  4. hehe, ive decided to run a strip of that reflective stuff the beams use down the side of my car so it starts timing when the rear passes it feel free to help with your water bottle at the other end. i cant imagine the shocks making that much difference around the corners at sandown. they would probably help with braking though. of course there is more time up the back, i honestly think there is a 24 in it but meh, im just looking forward to winton! Photos are up: ATC PHOTOS 09 Cars 33, 35, 36, 38 are SAU
  5. that was an awesome entry into the triangle bit there norton. very nice. good work on the vids Did anyone get brisbys effort on his second run? going for a ken block entry in a RWD ftw.
  6. More images as requested. there is no gutter rash. very very minor scratches and the stickers are coming off as you can see. sorry, no swaps. cheers
  7. Unfortunately i am selling my meisters. They are in great condition! as it says they are a 9 in wide, 5 stud and have a +10 offset. that is huge and rare. will suit gtr's nicely. they come with tyres that have heaps of tread. well and truely legal depth. there are 2 215/45/17 and 2 225/45/17. they are a bit stretched but look tuff. Was selling for $2500 now $2000 not negotiable. preferable pick up. melbourne SE. will send at buyers expense. Ryan
  8. Round 1 has been run and won by Chris Thomson and Adam Newton in Chris's R33 GTR. A lot better than the old Vic Dutton, so NSW should be good with the SS stage...
  9. What a great weekend! Big thanks to all the guys and girls who came down to support us and thanks for all the kind words. Another thanks to Mick from Micolour who co drived with me, we had a fantastic set up which landed us 2nd in club class. Congrats to Chris and Norton on their big win, the pressure was too much for some and it showed when their machines couldnt take it anymore and had to go home early on trailers. those whos stayed got yet another whooping from the GTR! As for our weekend, we can hardly say we had no problems, however, there was no stage that we didnt go 100% on. Friday night saw us replacing the diff in the Hotel Basement carpark because it was causing big viabrations over 200clicks. A couple of hours and a few cans later and it was ready to go again. Thanks to Shane for the Diff, being another 2way it was like we never changed it. After Day 2 at Lang Lang we had a couple of little problems to fix. The short shifter was held together with 1 out of 4 bolts which was also loose. if it had also come out it would have been back to melb to fix which would have been extremely shit, thankfully we caught that in time. Day 3 was relatively flawless. Nothing broke and we managed to climb back into second place behind vins factory built STI weapon. As for the car dan, hsd coilovers, 2860rs turbo, pfc, a few suspension arms and a 324mm brake upgrade and a 2way. plus coolers, a race seat and a half cage. The tyres are also a biggie. AO50s are incredible.
  10. ignore the car numbers.
  11. So who is ready? Thanks to shane we have a whole spare rear end so i have instructed mick to crash it backwards. Got the new tyres today, trying out the Ao50s. should be interesting as the mediums are meant to be quite soft still... Stickers on tommorow morning and then straight up there for scruteneering and beer. What time are others planing on turning up??
  12. hehe, team RB needs all the support they can get. one of them needs some torque too i was thinking about some stickers similar to snowies with the cross through the porsche, evo, sti and most importatly, the GTR logo to go down the side of the 180...

  17. No worries, time for a manual
  18. Juliette sorted. Just a heads up people, if you are thinking of pulling out you need to do so before 5pm this evening to recieve your refund. Please keep in mind there are a lot of people on the waiting list so if you are going to pull out please try to do so as to let them get up there in time. Also, please be at Deca by 8AM and get your car ready for scrutineering asap. The sooner we get out there, the more battles you will get in the afternoon. Scrutineering will be located in front of the skid pan this time, not on the pan like last. See you all up there!
