First up, I wouldn't use a R34 GTR as a test bed for me to learn how to install a Power FC. And also, check your injector pulse with an oscillioscope, thats more accurate then a PFC. Maybe Reset the PFC to the base map? Maybe the Piggy back ECU isn't wired properly? Maybe you blew a fuse? Cheers Sumo

I have had some thoughts *I dream alot when I'm finding problems at work* about how I could immobilise a car to the point where a theif is going to be scratching his brain for quite a while. I thought about the common one Fuel pump cut, then the possibilities are endless, once he finds the fuel pump cut off, then he would have to diagnose why there is no spark. Then he would have to work out if the cut has been at the ECU or the Crank Angle Sensor. Then once he got it going, im not sure if the oil pressure switch on a skyline will shutdown the motor but I would say it would have a detrimental affect to what the computer reads.... Well most of these topics have been done to death but I would not Increase boost and leave the stock exhaust there, your only putting pressure on other components with no real gains. A 3 inch turbo back exhaust will give you a great boost in power, it will free the engine up so to speak. As the old saying goes you cant put more in then comes out. Cheers Sumo

Don't just cut the wires, as that is what probably supplies your reversing lights with power.

I know with my no name controller that you run a line from the manifold into the cabin and it has a map sensor in the unit itself. Cheers Sumo

Condition indicators are a pretty poor way to tell a batttery's true condition. Since its unservicablem check the charging system is working fine - if so then proceed to do a load test and that will tell you what is going on. Make sure your doing the tests with a fully charged battery (leave it on the charger overnight) Cheers Sumo

Yep ATF is pink/red. As for why its been sluggish, It could be anything from a fuel problem to your air flow meter not working right. You just have to work through it, Even your throttle position sensor may not be reading correctly. If you find a workshop manual and your handy with a multimeter you should be able to check out your sensors and see if they are within spec. Cheers Sumo

Thats right. The air flow meter measures X amount of air, and throws Y amount of fuel in for that amount of air - But the air has been dropped out of the system Cheers Sumo

You can damage your fuel pump as it needs petrol to lubricate its bushes and keep it cool. Cheers Sumo

Well the coil packs im pretty sure use negative switching to fire the spark.Which would give you a -ve pulse. I have not seen how the original tacho is wired in, but I would nearly be willing to put money on that your going to have to use a -ve pulse. Cheers Sumo
