Can someone tell me if an R33 S2 A/C compressor will work on a S1? The S2 compressor (came off 1996 model to be specific) seems to have 2 additional electrical plugs. The S1 only has 1. Need to know ASAP as the car is booked into the tuner and the POwer FC needs to learn the idle with the A/C on. Cheers. Ant.

What your thinking of there is the Nissan consult software (forget the porper name) which you can also get through similar means. One of my mates who unfortunately doesnt browse the forum has this set up on a carputer and touch screen dash where the stereo goes

You dont interface with the car... its for obtaining part numbers to take to nissan for spares, Can also see how things are supposed to go together with it too...

I Just went and enquired about a a/c compressor install and re-gas and the guy tells me I can't re-use the dryer receiver as it's Illegal. I'd never heard this before... So A) is this true B) Where Can I get a Dryer Receiver for an 95 R33 GTST?

Thats exactly what I'm going to do I've got them doing the injectors, afm etc etc though which is annoying as I would have like to do it myself but im sure their workmanship is second to none. It ought to be as they've quoted me 4hr's labour to just do that

Hey guys, Trying to get hold of RacingLine. I'm heading down to Vic in a fortnight to get a powerFC tune for the RB30DET and was hoping to use RacingLine as their only 15 mins from my Sister in Cheltenham, and seem to be highly recommended from what I can tell after doing a search. This will be handy for me as I can install the power fc etc there and won't have to drive far to the tuner on the base map. If they don't exist anymore can anyone recommend me a tuner in the south east type area of Melbourne. I've looked at the sticky and at the moment RE Customs is my next favourable choice followed by Racepace but the only thing's holding me back is not being able drive around the corner to see how they're getting on with the car, and also limping the car 45 mins-1hr to them. Pm me also if you have any recommendations Looking for an answer fairly quick cheers!

I have a Fujitsubo exhaust like you've depicted in the top diagram. Obviously the twin 2 1/4 would flow a larger volume, but I would be skeptical as to weather it will give much of a preformance gain over your previous system. Afterall exhaust gas has already had to pass through other restrictive area's such as the cat/dump pipe which would be the first bottle necks in the system.

No doubt we'll be seeing a few get around this year. Word is one of the tycoon's here in Griffith has placed an order for one too.

I was under the impression that at the time the WRX's were getting around they were not available with an Automatic option and thus many of the po-po were unable to drive them... Even the rodeo's they have are Auto's now...
