2510 is best suited to 2litre, 2530 is fine on an rb25, and will deliver crazy response, the 2835 will not have response similar to stock, as even the smaller 2540 starts to get laggy. im getting very close to getting my 2530 tuned! you wont need z32 afm with a setup like this unless you run high boost levels. eg for my setup with std comp ratio i plan to run a comfortable reliable 1.1bar maybe just a tad more, and have an easy 230+rwkw. clutch will def need to be done. i will definitly be posting my results as i believe people on here are yet to see the full potential of the little HKS baby 2530!! Not a rwkw king but with a high "average power" as sydney kid emphasises, should be a quick machine with power and torque everywhere.

i dont have anything to check the A:F, could be the prob. def not the BOV leaking as i checked it (could see the valve closed as its a megasonic Tsmart and its wound in tight, and even put the stockie BOV back on. why does a bigger pump make it richer? i understand it flows more fuel, but isnt pressure what its all about? it has std press reg. When i took off my microtech making 200rwkw and put the std ecu back in to make 170'srwkw, still running the o44, it still ran as normal, no richer....? any ideas on whos good to take it to?

ok ive decided to sell with tyres for $3600ovno. Yokohama s306 245/35 and 275/30 W rated (brand new.) actually more convenient for me to sell in about a months time when ill be back in adelaide, but can sell now. So if your interested in the near future, let us know.

posting for a mate, after having FMIC, BOV, filter, and GTR fuel pump installed by Fussy's, the car is running like absolute crap. its making NO power! Boost comes on real quick (11psi) but you feel NO pull, and it breaks down and pops out the exhaust etc etc, and just wont rev cleanly. Ive considered things like coil packs etc and have done the usual check for leaks, cracked hoses etc etc and found everything looking fine. just wondering who can recommend a good place in sydney to take it to for prob solving and a good dyno tune. Ive rang UAS but they are fully booked out, and Croydon's tuner is currently away. or, if anyone thinks they know the prob or any tests i can do, please let me know. (fussy's also did a service with oil and plugs but i dont think they did much by way of tuning as they have no dyno) Also, The GTR32 Fuel pump installed is louder than my bosch 044 pump!! is this normal? thanks for any help!

if the timing belt needed doing then its done a few more kays but as long as its in good nick (which they usually are -esp the S2's) the 65k could be believeable looks real nice. While there are absolute bargain 33's around at the moment doesnt mean you wont get good money for yours. Unfortunately being in adelaide's not going to help as 33's prob equal the number of commodores these days! it wouldnt be unreasonable to ask 25k, but as mentioned its all about the market... A hoon (which is probably most of us!) is usually able to pick up one of these cheaper series 1's that seem to be coming off the boat chock full of mods! Finding someone with cash that wants to start with a fairly unmodified (performance bits) car and do it up himself may be hard at the moment! I was one of those... bought mine fairly stock and sunk way too much into it but oh well its getting there good luck with whatever you choose, theres fun either way.

just to address what everyone is asking me in PM's: TYRE PRICE. i just got off the phone with Tempe Tyres, Brand new Falken GRB451 for $350. I didnt realise they were so cheap! Therefore i may possibly consider selling WITH tyres. But i paid extra for the tyres i have- W-rated (270km+) Yokohamas. So for now sale is still without tyres. even so, without tyres youd end up with a high quality 19in chrome package for "around" $3500. Thats not exactly expensive for what your getting. also consider that 19's are getting more popular everyday, therefore tyre prices have already and will come down more. So by the time your ready to replace your first set its likely that the 2nd set will be reasonably cheaper

Thanks Dave df3ktd : "cars" dont have an offset. The offset is different depending on what width rim you wish to run. ie to run a slimmer 8inch wheel you want a 35 offset. Mine are 8.5 hence 38mm offset so they dont stick out of your guards. The pattern and size of these rims is common to VERY MANY CARS. But with lots people on here having 33's supras soarers their is no doubt of perfect fit. If your in adelaide your welcome to try them on your 32 RONIN, on the provisor that if they fit, you will buy, just so im not wasting time.

if you have an ECU like an FC thats been tuned, is any retuning required if you throw in a lighter flywheel? also does it affect take-offs? ie stall easier without the higher momentum the std flywheel has?
