  1. Yep, just needs some new polarizing film. Do a search and there is a DIY on fixing it in here somewhere.
  2. Haha no pulling it apart, unless for more HP's... They sent a new injector for free so all good now. Just needs a retune (meaning find a decent tuner lol) on the nistune to get the A/F ratio's correct again as the new injectors have changed the fuel map a little, slight stumble at cruise. Could be old oxygen sensors too...
  3. Award diff in 7 Hills area are good Otherwise, replacement diff time.
  4. I remember reading on PM33's sticky on this problem. (think that's his name) You might need to check your fuses to make sure none are blown or it won't power up properly. But it will run on the stock ecu like that...
  5. Damn, I would of been keen if I was still in Sydney Goodluck with the search
  6. Until you jump in and go to grab 1st gear on a nice hot sunny day!!!
  7. Couple more pics of the timing trigger kit. Instructions for fitting can be found on the ROSS balancer website. Just for info, this kit keeps the stock CAS as it only uses the CAS for easier starting of the engine. The converter box outputs the 360deg signal for the ecu. Converter box isn't needed for some ECU's eg haltec, motec...but is required if used with a power fc, nistune etc.
  8. One of my pet hates.. I pretty much take the wheels off and on myself as well. Can't leave anything without watching!
  9. Big sump, oil return mods, billet geared oil pump, forged internals.
  10. I'll head over to that spot say hi and grab a feed.
  11. Could you use a USA VIN? Parts are cheaper in the US...
  12. The amount of time, effort and money put into this car, he ain't gonna pull it apart!
  13. Plus an external oil feed... and make the solenoid clear the top water hose etc.
  14. Even ramps on both sides, pretty certain it's a 2 way diff...maybe nismo (similar to stock but more plates and locking pressure)
  15. ^ This guy knows the truth He wants an RB26 in it now, had to talk him out of it...
  16. Simon had his -5 comp housings machined to bolt onto the GTX turbo's I'm about to do the same with the 2530 comp housings I have. My GTX2860's are going cheap will probably hang onto them though.
  17. I took my GTX2860's out of my setup and put the -5's in, that I fitted brass bearing cages to. I'll hang onto the GTX's and get my 2530 front housings machined to suit the GTX's, then it'll will be on again! Biggest difference I noticed between the GT series and GTX series is the intake noise/spool. The -5's are a lot noisier with whooshing, lots of air movement, and the GTX's being pretty quiet even at 24-25PSI boost (keeping in mind that this is on BP98 only).
  18. My old 32 did the same thing. Needed to put in a new piece of return line in at the top/front of the tank, yours might be a breather hose..
  19. Remember the pic I sent you? That is Simons graph
