Hi I see a few Go Kart being advertise here and there for anywhere around 1K up to 5K. What's the requirement to own one? Need license? Registration? CAMS? What if i buy one so i can fang around the block on a Friday night, run over some Possum, chase people that walk their dogs, make some noise just to get shot at by a grumpy 80 year old man? Is there such a thing as a Local Go Kart track? If there is such, do i need to register myself to compete? What if i don't want to compete and only want to fang one around the track for fun? Thanks
