I'd disagree that it's dead ended. I didn't go to uni, finished year 12 and went out and got a shit kicker job like that at an insurance company. After 6 years in the industry i clawed my way fairly high into a cushy job. I started on a measly $17K p/a and now earn 3 times that figure easily. finally had enough and moved to another industry, but took alot of skills with me, so when I ended up in the automotive indusrty importing bikes for Harley, I got a decent amount of money and a job I like. I was even willing to take a pay cut for it, but they offered me more than what I ws previously on. go figure.... and it all starte with a crappy shit kicker job. besides what looks better on the resume.... office job or franklins?

The NSW leg of the event is on 2-4 June, so there is a bit of time still... here is the link to the site I actually remeber reading about it in speed magazine a last year. Since targa tassie is very expensive (not to mention far away), and the east coast targa is no more.... this might be the best bet for most of us.

If and it's a fairly large if.... the car is up to scratch and preped in the next few months, i'll be looking at entering into the Dutton Rally NSW section. Just wanted to know if anyone else has entered before or will be going this year, any pearls of wisdom you might hold regarding the event, i'd be happy to hear. Any and all advice is welcome.

if your using the logitech driving force pro for gt4, it is compatible with pc... except i cant seem to find a good driver to support the full lock rotation of the wheel. @ Primordial, I too have neglected GT4 for far too long. I think i'm gonna have to book some solid time in. That Mines GTR is a great peice of work... but I much rather dive the RUF yellow bird.... a real handful to dive....

I occasionally get motor or very occasionally HPI... I miss speed sometimes i also read two wheels oh and my g/f gets drift battle so i flip through that as well...
