  1. Obviously none of you have done the plugs on a R34 ? I've done it, and because of the additional traction control butterfly it is indeed necessary to remove alot more than an equivalent R33 etc. Not sure I'd pay $200 extra, but definately takes more time. Plugs are easy, just do it yourself, your time doesn't cost you anything right ?
  2. Damn, that's not good It's a sad reminder to slow down and take it easy on the road. Have a safe Xmas.
  3. Won't be a problem, I've been there heaps of times without rear seats etc
  4. Series 1 or 2 motor ? Could be the igniter module if it's Series 1.
  5. Did you start it after you changed the plugs or is this the first time trying to start after doing the plugs ?
  6. Ken, Just be thankful I had jocks on at all Cheers Paul
  7. Thanks for all the well wishes guys/gals We had a great day, and off on honeymoon tomorrow, so should get even better
  8. I wouldn't trust an SAFC for accurate knock readings. Get it on a dyno, and get them to use the knock headphones, that will determine whether it's genuinely knocking.
  9. I did it myself, not really that hard, just have to pull the entire dash out.
  10. Hi Lumpy, Glad your able to come and post the facts for everyone. Don't be a stranger.
  11. I'm sure someone would be willing to take you for a drive in there R33 GTR, but doubt they'll hand over the keys
  12. Yeah, your right
  13. One who has spent more money than is reasonable, and in hindsight wishes someone had told me not to waste my money
  14. Third option, don't spend any money on cars, as it's just wasted
  15. Dukes, PM Dan_the_man about the extra stickers
  16. I have no idea why they put it that close to houses, when there is plenty of room next to Red Rooster. Living that close to the smell of HJ's would make me move
  17. Don't do it, become an engineer
  18. Wish I could be there, but I'll be up North Have fun and cruise safe
  19. Yep, great result Steve, you really deserve it, and hopefully there is more to come from the mighty GTR
  20. Well done to Stevo, we can expect even more results if they ever produce R-Comps for 20" rims Hopefully he'll take it to Targa Tas for next year.
  21. Well done Stevo, top effort, especially considering it was on street tyres.
  22. Geraldton is a bit far to drive my car, it would use up $$$'s in fuel. Hopefully the show will still be a sucess, post some pics for us
  23. Thanks for the pics Kym, hopefully we can use this for an upcoming Newsletter.
  24. A great night, well done to Brad, for organising the event, and then for carrying his team to victory I'll be up for another one
