So how is the new setup ? Been able to put it through the paces yet ?

Is this for RWD only ? Forgive my ignorance, but I'd be super keen to do the upgrade if it works on 4WD.. otherwise, what options are their ?

I think Duncan is saying that the picture doesn't necessarily show too much as it's too close.. if you give a picture of the whole area so we can identify what is what, people can help.. alternative to that, where are you located ? A kind person may be nearby that can drop in point a few things out and be on their way.. their is definitely a lot of helpful peeps here from my short and limited experiences

I'm relatively new to here, but I know of a couple of wreckers in Sydney that currently have m35's.. maybe look up a few and see what the freight would be.. good luck with getting it sorted

I've never used them, but Greg at autosport engineering down in Kirrawee.. I used to know some people that were always happy with the work.. apparently very good with turbos.. again not sure what the pricing was.

What body kits are available nowadays ? I'm only doing enquiries, but from the basic looking I'm doing, not much around.. And am I correct in thinking I've got to be careful, as series 1 to series 2 on the m35's have a couple of little differences around the headlights.. i don't like copying but can't deny I love the look of jet wrecks arx..

Does that kit work with the series 2 ?? Forgive me if I'm wrong, but there are a few gaps ?

Where are you located ? If I can wrangle the cashola, I'd be keen for any and all of the braces, and the exhaust but I think that's gonna be out of reach sadly :-/

Ok and here I go in a different thread but after spending sadly a half day of time going through all the pros, cons and options, I'm seeing the light and want to go pockets where the screen is and where dvd rom and etc are (unless I can Frankenstein a new touch screen into where the existing screen goes and do something funky there).. Morning all, dale, are you still fabricating the braces ? If you are, how much including freight to a metro Sydney location ?

Stock is fine, especially for what I have found so far in these cars... Compared to an "Aussie" made equivalent it's a stark difference in what is considered stock.. And largely where it's tempting to have fun and go all out, I am personally trying to keep it "stock".... Where OEM parts are available, I would largely go for them, but at the same time, if it's cheaper to put something potentially better on, I know what I would rather do...

Bit of an old thread, but does anyone still do the English conversion for the stereo ? Have just imported an 04 ARX, replaced the suspension with mca x-r's and bushes are up next before it goes for a blue slip.. But the stereo is the next priority after that.. I'm in Sydney if that is relevant. Many thanks in advance Ps has anyone been able to get the maps working for Australia ? Not overly important, but curious all the same

So can I assume that means no one ended up cracking the gps/menus to convert to English ? Would be great to retain what I can, maps would be insanely tops... I am sure I'm backing over old ground, but whether I'm inept at searching the forums or it's not there, I haven't been able to find it

Is that for the 2.5 and 3.5 litre motors ? My flanges are badly rusting and figure I'll be needing to do something soonish and I've got the 3.5...
