The biggest selling point was ease of fitment but also I don’t like the massive shifter in the samsonas and like that I can put the shift boot back over the ppg. Yes it has the big input shaft, it’s standard on their sequentials
I decided to do a 9 plate set up in the drum for the transfer case and did the required measuring for the clearance. I only needed to go up one plate size and lucky for me Ben @BK had one in his collection and was nice enough to sell it to me.Clutches in the drum ready to go Then fitted all the chain and sprockets back inand the case all back together with new seals, orings and new oil filter, it’s all ready to be fitted to the gearbox (just need a gearbox now)
just like to say thanks again to Ben for all the advise and selling me the plate can’t wait to drive it
First thing I would do is open the oil pump, to determine if that failed (pretty common) second thing I would do it throw the whole lot in the bin and start again
There are 3 black plugs in the back of your pnp adaptor the smallest plug (16 pin) is full of spare inputs and outputs. Use your supplied instructions to find the correct input and hook it into that
On the pnp harness adaptor there is a plug that has spare wires/pins hanging out of it and one of them is a digitally pulsed input, you need to put the signal wire into that and then go into your haltech software and tell the ecu which pin you have put it on
