  1. It made 465 at 27psi according to the dyno sheet but the run finished at 6,600rpm due to a cooler hose popping so would be making a bit more at 8,000. id be keen on that, I’ll flick you a pm by this afternoon
  2. Did you do anything else to the car? cause it sounds like something had been left lose and is just flopping around
  3. I did have someone recommend a 6870 but the 6466 is lots of fun and still has a lot more to give
  4. Weren’t they an off shoot of borg Warner?
  5. It’s definitely seen that way and does add plenty of low down torque and response, but if I’m going to do this much to the head and etc, do I take full advantage of the extra flow and get some cams in there with plenty of lift?
  6. I’m in 2 minds on what I want to do for the cams, mainly revolving around weather to keep the vcam or not
  7. Also there’s no time stamps on posts on the mobile version
  8. Decided to go through all the boxes todaysprings over sized valves buckets guides and locks and cam cap studs basically everything needed to make the head better then new
  9. Most of the cars didn’t get the wire cut though 👍
  10. Turbo block also has oil squirters
  11. No cause the part where it bolts to is missing so the material was never cast into the block
  12. I have a blitz dual solenoid boost controller, it’s still works perfectly and was only removed as I wanted a 4 port solenoid 200ono located in 2567
  13. I’m not sure how exactly how much, was enough that after a run you could see where the water had sprayed out the overflow, I drove it home that night and checked the water the next day and it was under vacuum. I have driven it slowly since that night and it’s not making a mess when I drive it like that, I just want to fix it sooner rather then later to prevent any chance of more damage
  14. I didn’t know what to expect as I didn’t know anyone that had tried it, when it did let go I wasn’t surprised or upset about it. you’re probably right and why I’ve started saying it’s pushing water rather then lifted the head
  15. It is but it’s also information a lot of people tend to leave out in these kinds of threads or when making claims and is the reason there a very few people I actually trust when it comes to listening to information And will also give credit where credit is due there are so many variables with a discussion like this, even something as basic as the head gasket
  16. Stock, which was probably 99% of the problem lol
  17. I’ve got 2000s in my engine with a 6466 and only making 480kw and the engine is now pushing water on boost
  18. Didn’t say it can’t be done but there’s been a lot fail at much over that
  19. under 450kw at the wheels arp 2000 over 450kw CA625+ thanks for coming
  20. It’s even more amazing seeing it work, absolutely love it
  21. Wow that is amazing, I have dash envy
  22. Hopefully this works IMG_7048.MOV
  23. I trust Adam and he’s kind of close to home which is great. There’s no external switch on mine but on the gear indicator box there’s a wire marked reverse light +ve and I’m assuming that triggers the reverse lights, I drove it on the jack stands to make sure all the gears were there and the neutral lock was working correctly. Guess is should pull it off the stands
