I remember seeing photos of a bloke with a supercharged 6 cyl falcon who mounted the nozzle in the snout of the blower and after 6 months had cut a slot in the impeller about 10mm long on each blade This was back in the 90s so the kits were quite basic and just injected a jet of water rather than a mist

I follow But will be interesting if a busy workshop would be willing to take on such a concept. For them time is money And if they are only going to make say $30 for an hour or more work (Im assuming your company will take a cut) when the usual charge is say $100... What would be the advertising medium? As for recommending a workshop. Everyone will have a different opinion so I suggest lots of searching

Yeah fair enough I think I'll stay away from pre turbo on my car for now I'd be to worried about water pooling as it would have to make a hard 90deg turn Might have to try and get a temp reading though as the intake pipe sits directly above the turbos if it is hot enough to keep the water vaporized it may work

I will add, that it is generally possible to do all that without removing the cams, but requires an expirence pair of hands and a couple of special/specific tools to do so

No way to fix without changing the shims and re-doing all the clearences. worst part of Solid lifters as it is a prick to do in Twincam direct actuation engines In short, use feeler gauges to find any thing not within spec, remove that shim, measure it calculate how much thicker the new shim needs to be, buy a new shim that thickness and re-install. Repeat for all 24 valves
