  3. Ah yes. I have about 4" between turbo outlet and the shock tower so a tight 90deg bend is all the will fit
  4. Cool thanks is it for clearance reasons. My 1jz manifold does the opposite (faces the comp cover away)

  9. Exhaust tuning is apples and oranges with turbo and na engines.
  10. Think of it this way...Trojan will want $300 a day to borrow a standard exhaust. I'll direct another member to this thread from memory his brother does exhausts.

  14. not really...is it a stainless exhaust? I paid about 500 for 2 new mufflers installed on the Soarer ...Stupid Canberra lol

  17. not really I don't think...everyone like that assumes that Fezza's and Lambos etc are super dooper quick.....its the jap stuff and BMW & Merc they think are slow/weak etc. If the R35 GT3 gets up towards the pointy end, they will be up in arms lol

  19. was 4 or 5 runs at 104mph then removed cat and did another 3 or so runs at 106mph
  20. Mahle pistons are quite good for the price...didnt know they made rods for RBs though? Have a look at the Spool Imports site, they do rebuild kits for a good price with H-beams and CP slugs
  21. Cool, are you planning on doing anything else to the car? If so, would it be worth while waiting until then? Or just have stuff added to the list when needed?
  22. forgot to add that was with a standard turbo at 14psi Im sure there wouldve been even bigger gains with a larger turbo

Well you have to drop the sump to change the pump anyhoo, so have a look at the pickup while you are there Your new pump should arrive today...been sitting in a draw for a while so give it a good clean before you put it in (didnt have time to clean any dust out before I sent it sorry) Hope it all goes well

I picked up 2mph in the 33 just by running a cat delete pipe over the standard cat...no change in the tune, but would pull harder from 6k to 7krpm. side note - changing from the standard dump pipe with 3" front pipe to a 3" bell mouth dump/front made no difference. Done back to back on the same day at Heathcote Edit - all on standard turbo
