Yeah awesome thread is awesome lol I also cbf spending 5k on a manual conversion....if a full Soarer spec conversion comes up cheap ill grab it...using jza70 R154s makes the gear lever look all kinds on wrong... Grant - How about a P-Plater wanting to put a manual JZ into a VL? for mad single spinner skids?

all JZ bell housings are the same so JZ spec W58s R154s and V160s bolt straight up..same with clutches. G/box mounts...supra stuff would go close to fitting (JZA80s and JZZs are pretty much the same car) Driveshaft is easy

I agree but I would want 3T towing and 4-5 seats, falcon utes are ~2300kgs and the sedans are 1600kgs yeah?

my dads other brother had a 3.5L v6 Pajero...was rubbish...could barely tow a 16ft fiberglass boat...mind this is going back a few years so I dont know anything about the new ones

how do we stop people with no idea giving reviews on turbo kits etc. ie, some random buys turbo kit, has his uncles 2nd cousins neibour fit it up, and it ends up a shit fight, so the review comes back saying nothing fits etc etc. I would be more in depth but ive had 4hrs sleep and cbf
