  1. hahah Well good news for you, R35 GT3 set to run the the GT championship in Aus next year, so keep an eye out for the GT races on One HD See here for other GT news http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/367870-australian-gt/page__pid__6062421#entry6062421
  2. Its nothing against you personally, But its rather annoying when the fanboi's get together and with no real knowledge on the subject come on and say their favorite car, whether it is a GTR/EVO/Commodore etc, that it would be faster than some other car if they change a million things. GTR fanboi's seem to be the worst there is, they still live in 1992 and think the supercars are slow, despite the fact that the Supercars were quicker from 1994, yep, and in their 1st year on running (93) they were only about .5sec slower than the Gp.A R32 GTRs quickest time.
  3. you can buy sheets of ACL heat shield from superrepcobarn, make some up if you want.
  4. I dunno havent watched it in ages lol
  5. dunno about that much, the 2010 spec OOOOwwwdi R8 that won the 12hr was running 2:10s this year the supercabs were running in the 2:08s
  6. hard question to answer because wheel life should be measured in decades not months
  7. You mean like this? will be about 1.5-2 secs a lap slower around the mountain. fanboi's always underestimate how quick the supercars are
  8. why would you double clutch anyway? driving an old bus around or thinking that fast and furious was a documentary?
  9. no its a bleed nipple
  10. nice! I love old cressies
  11. Should buy another T78 powered Soarer imo. I can't believe this hasn't gone Luke! Maybe I'll sell myself on the corner for a few weeks so I can get it
  12. but leaves your wallet a lot lighter...Im not paying 2k+ for a fiberglass front bumper ps I dont disagree about the fitment, but some of the prices for stuff out of japan is just stupid
  13. can fit a few 17s over the 356s TE37s, WEDSPORTS SA-70s etc
  14. strays always welcome
  15. put the standard ecu back in! your idea of saving on costs will more than likely end up in you needing an engine rebuild
  16. Bad idea running a tune off another car. Best bet is take it to ESP/trojan etc, and dont tell them its someone else's ecu, just say the car is playing up and can they give it a quick run through on the dyno. for now drop the boost back to standard and baby it.
  17. Yeah they all run big singles behind the engine above the gearbox. I can see most stating that way as they are already t4 twin scroll Garrett's iirc
  18. they all run the Cosworth v8, (or is that Champ car?) and the same chassis, so will depend on where the engineers want the weight in the car.
  19. no worries, cheers
  20. 32 gts-4s were also turbo, so everything should fit a-ok
  21. did you not see him tearing up last round? lol He is a little bitch. Put me in an f1 car and ill be grinning ear to ear no matter if I win a WDC or die in a fireball
  22. I remember watching these video's a while ago, brilliant and crude. If you have time and love turbo F1 motors than this is a must watch. Follows the development of the 1.5L Ford/Cosworth V6 and mentions are few others. Cheers Andrew
  23. This + the BSM GTR tore the front diff off the sump running 50-50 4wd they did find they were quicker on the track though (IIRC)
  24. Wingless R34s are nice....you listening Pat? oh and please tell me your mx73 has watannabe's and an angry NA 6M-GE
