  4. Any pinging is bad..even if its just a split second, the slight knock is hammering your rod bearings, then imagine in 50,000ks you have to rebuild again. I would find that load cell with the knock and knock a couple of degrees of timing out. The GTR buckets dont fit and its not viable to stuff about with them to make them work, if you want solids use the Tomei kit with springs and cams to match. 160psi of oil pressure is WAY too high, Id bet there is something blocking an oil gallery which is also causing your lifter noise.
  5. Ive seen 50/50 mixes of Glycol/Anti freeze anti boil, boil too. Anti-Boil or coolant what ever you want to call it usually boils at 115-120deg C Water under pressue will boil at say 105deg C Trick is to not let it get that hot, which is what this thread is about. Which just made me think - Nisskid - are you using an overflow bottle? might not stop the boiling but might help the bursting hoses. The other thing that hasnt been mentioned is water pump cavitation. What sort of pump is it? a generic Rb30 pump or genuine Nissan? Moght be worth looking at getting an N1 pump if the car is seeing sustained high rpm, or even possibly an electric water pump.

  18. because they only flow 255lph at some shitty low fuel pressure ah just found the chart, they also only flow 255lph with no fuel lines attached, Ill assume the Stag lines are 5/16" same as the Skylines...so try and blow 255lph through a long maccas straw.

  21. Are you running the factory clutch fan? Is it a standard radiator? do you have an oil cooler? on top of what Jez said, are you running overly retarded ingnition timing? not much airflow gets to the radiator when drifting, if it were me I would get the biggest radiator I could find and stick it in the car and make sure the factory clutch fan is 100% perfect (after checking the already mentioned potential problems)
