    Spend some time on the head, thats where the power is made. Bottom end just supports it. If you dont have the cash for cams thats ok, but have the ports cleaned up as a minimum.

    Not really, sounds ideal to me. I would however blend the chambers to make sure there is no sharp edges etc

    cool wasnt aiming it directly at you (my thottle body that is ) Just see it all the time on here, people trying to get every ounce of response out of a flawed engine. I personally wouldnt trust a Plastic AFM with 20 odd psi of pressure and a hot engine bay.

    Do you still have the tiny standard thottle body? And I bet your ports are standard too. And have 200,000ks on the standard piston rings. See where I'm going with this?

    Yo! Buy my stuff I have a 93 model RB25DET block/girdle and good crank sitting here doing nothing but taking up room. 86.5mm bore but will need to be taken out to 87. The crank is good and has standard journal sizes. Oil squirters are intact, also have 1 or 2 oil pumps floating around I'll throw in Come and get the lot for $100

    Awesome stuff its funny I always thought the E content sensor wouldve been similar to an o2 sensor in the exhaust. but actually metering the fuel in the lines is a much better idea.

    Actually LOL @ the thought of some mechanic in Taree trying to wire in a factory 34 Ecu into an engine dyno room...with all the inbuilt security systems and shiz. Wonder how well the perormance adding radiator hoses helped when hooking it up to the coolant tank.

    So he pulled his engine out and hooked it up to an engine dyno did he? Well... since you are so on the ball, can you tell what the figures were? S.A.E? Net? what temp, what altitude etc etc.

    kk, I'd Check coils/inectors etc before paying money. DO you have a standard ECU to try as well?

    have you checked the plug, somethimes it doesnt sit in the ECU socket properly and can cause issues.

    the a/r means nothing, I mean a .45ar turbine housing on a GT60 is going to be a shit load bigger than a 1.06 GT30 housing. Only usefull when comparing housings of the same type of turbo

    lifter prob? as the others said I doubt its lifters, unless your running huge cams and 10,000rpm they shouldnt be pumping up and hitting valves.

    airfield have noise regs, but generally overhead...cant see there being any on the runway as I doubt anyone will take off and fly over houses lol.
