  1. And also similar to the Cosworth BDG setup
  2. This is apparently a NEO chamber and this a 26 Photo's are not verified as 100% accurate but look very similar to me
  3. I do remember quite a few people saying the neo heads won't take a lot of timing advance before det, despite running the same comp as the earlier ones, something about the chamber shape.
  4. the chamber is definatly different, I always thought the NEO had the same valve sizes as the earlier 25's, I could be wrong though.
  5. Only if you can get enough timing into the thing. also Rb26's have larger valves, different chamber shapes etc. All those things will affect the curve/peak power
  6. VCT = Variable Cam Timing As for no VCT on the 26....well its just another thing to go wrong/fail in a race environment.....F1 cars dont run VCT so why would Nissans Production racer?
  7. Can you do 1 event without breaking something pete?
  8. Matty - Check facebook re: your e420
  9. Would that be the Self proclaimed EMU/toyota guru...the one who sticks bags of ice on intercoolers while tuning "to replicate driving around on the street"
  10. ah, so thats the difference then
  11. No, same as the RB25, just on at 1100-1200 rpm and off at 4700
  12. Solid Lifters in the RB26 over the earlier RBs, but NEO's have solids too. Cant see why the 26s rev higher...Longer stroke, same journal sizes mean the 26 will be "maginally" harder on bearings over the 25
  13. Woohooo the Soarer-boat made the cut
  14. Yarrrrrggghhh....Hoist the main sails
  15. Ask who ever will be tuning your car. No point gettting an M880 + CDI etc if your tuner cant use it. A Computer is only ever as good as the guy imputting the numbers

  19. Have to agree there. I've been inanr32 with rb20 and2540. 12psi at 5000rpm was the best it could do
