  4. From the thread in the Suspension section Stagea RSFour Standard R33GTR rims 17 X 9 X 30 offset with 245/40/17 tyres No mods required cheers
  5. We don’t use the “normal” race oil (Castrol Edge 10W60) to run the engine in. It is synthetic, which means it is almost impossible to run in the rings. So we run the engine in using the basic Castrol GTX, mineral oil. Hence there is no way we could run the car in the same way as we race it. The oil simply wouldn’t handle the loads placed upon it. cheers
  6. After lots of hours spent replying and deleting, my PM inbox is no longer full. The shipment of R33GTST Bilsteins is in the country, just needs customs clearance and local delivery. I would anticipate late this week or early next week. When I have a definite availablity date I will post it up. But you can place an order from today, safe in the knowledge that it won't be more than 2 weeks till you have your delivery. cheers
  7. Sounds like radius rod bushes, get them checked out at your local suspension workshop. Cheers
  8. Sorry guys I have been on holidays since 21/12. I get about 30-40 pm's a day so my inbox fills up pretty quickly. I have cleared it today, so if you haven't recevied a reply, please send the PM again. No problem with the rear shock mounts on R34 non turbos. Just let me know when you order them. cheers
  9. Do your self a favour and take a look at the responses from the guys who have bought the Group Buy kits. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=85467 cheers
  10. Sorry guys I have been on holidays since the 20/12, I will get around to the hundred or so PM's over the next few days. I don't have definite delivery date for the Bilstein shocks, but they have been produced by Bilstein Germany, so it is only shipping time. As soon as I have a confirmed date I will post it here. All other items for R34GTT's are available. cheers
  11. Sorry guys I have been on holidays since the 20/12, I will get around to the hundred or so PM's over the next few days. cheers
  12. Slide's turbos don't have balls, have different turbine and compressors and they are not strictly a bolt on, some additional work/parts are required. In the real world, I have not seen a Slide turbo make anywhere near the same power or have the same respone as a GCG ball bearing high flow. cheers
  13. Sorry guys I have been on holidays since the 20/12, I will get around to the hundred or so PM's over the next few days. All items for R33GTR are currently available. cheers
  14. Sorry guys I have been on holidays since the 20/12, I will get around to the hundred or so PM's over the next few days. No news from Bilstein Germany on the rear shocks production, I will post it here when I do. All other items for R32GTR's are available. cheers
  15. Heaps of guys have done the upgrade from Teins, I get at least 5 enquiries a week. Every one so far has been ecstatic with the results, far better handling, more traction for acceleration and braking and a far superior ride. The guys who do circuit work have reported faster lap times. So, the obvious question, why do you want to increase the spring rate? Springs are there to hold the car up and soak up the bumps, that's their job. Stabiliser bars control the roll. Anti dive geometry controls the dive under braking, anti squat geometry controls the squat under acceleration. The camber and caster adjuster increase the tyre contact pathc with the road/track. The shocks control the whole package. Simply put, you don't need excessively high spring rates to have good handling. cheers
  16. The Whiteline coil springs in the Group Buy are designed for use with standard spring seats (top and bottom). So they won't fit a coil over shock with non standard top and bottom spring seats. I can organise Eibach (the best) coil springs, all I would need is the ID and free length of the current springs. Wait a few days and PM them to me as I need to clear the inbox a little. cheers

  19. Mine arrived last night and installed it this morning; Thanks Bass, nice work cheers
  20. I have one on the Stagea and one on the R33GTST, great product, nicely made and good prices. cheers
  21. What Daniel said. Most remote filter blocks have 4 fittings, so you use 2 for the oil feed and return and then 2 for the pressure and temp senders. Merry Xmas
  22. By the numbers, take it back and; 1. Get them to try some toe in on the rear(around 2 mm each side) , that will help with the stability under acceleration 2. Nothing to do with wheel alignment, maybe they left a wheel loose or knocked off a balance weight. gte them to check it 3. The tyres are most likely worn from the previous shit alignment settings, it might take a few K's to settle down 4. Get then to fix it, simple adjustment Comments on the alignment results; A. You need a front camber kit, the difference side to side is bad. Plus it simply has too much negative camber for a road car. Around 1.0 to 1.25 degrees negative is the target. B. Excessive camber is usually a good indicator that it is too low. What are the heights onj all 4 corners, centre of wheel to guard? If it is lower than 350 mm front and 340 mm rear then it is too low for good handling and ride. C. The rear camber is OK, does it already have a camber kit (aside from the limited adjustment standard adjuster)? Hope that was of some help Merry Xmas
  23. So 25 rwkw average (not just max) power increase isn't that much? Just for the driveability alone it's worth it. Plus it will get better fuel economy on the default PFC maps than it will on a standard ECU with those mods. cheers
