Haha, perhaps there is a reason to run at UAS now... we're gapping the plugs on Saturday to 0.65 (iridiums) and changing the top end of the tune. See if that makes a difference, if not we'll just set it back to what it was before. Also, my rotor-boy friend asked who was doing the runs... he doesn't want them running it above and beyond the car's comfort zone. EDIT: Going to call TURBOS tomorrow and see if he'll be interested in showing us 1150hp +

The difference between a R33 and a R34 is that one auto is tiptronic with a complex shift logic while the other auto is your common auto gearbox. I wouldn't say that there are different signals, just more signals coming from the R34. I was also looking at the Bikirom option as well which is a ROM-tuning implemenatation - but I came to the conclusion that this is not the way to go as it'd mean I'd have to take it back each time I changed something. Not only that, I'd have to take it back to the same person!

It depends how fast these exhaust guys can get it done... it's a custom pipe that they're making up for me The cat part is easy, just thought it'd be better to do it all at once ~

One more question for everyone; the boost is currently set at 11psi - is 200rwkw an average figure for this boost level or something higher? Do keep in mind I'm still running stock front/dump pipes + standard compliance cat Man I wish they'd hurry up on making those pipes for me... That would've pushed me into the 210rwkw mark for sure.

Yeah, mid-way through the 040 install we were kicking ourselves too... we should've just gotten the 044 and used the stock pump as a pre-pump into the 044 and then into a surge tank setup! Much less hassle, much easier to setup!

Man the R33 tank must be different to the R34 tank... when I did my install, we had to engineer a custom intake "sock" using a stainless reducer and silicon hose in order to reach the bottom of the tank?!? Left alone, the car would start to surge with about a quarter tank left Anyways, it's fine now - didn't cost much to make up and at least it's another "custom" item in the car LOL
