Hi Guys, Do R34 GTR n1 turbos need a restrictor for the oil feeds? Currently i am using R34 GTR standard units with standard R33 GTR oil feeds, would i still need restrictors for these or will the R34 turbos have a inbuilt restrictor already? the turbos are currently leaking oil (it never did before and was running fine for 5 months) so i dunno if its beacuse there was no restrictor in the oil feeds or if the seals are starting to let go. the front turbo is leaking more oil then the rear so it is probably an indication that it is the seals. ran on 18psi the car still drives & boosts fine apart from the oil leak out of the air filter. Cheers in advance for any help.

after pair of R34 GTR turbos either stock or N1 units. MUST be from a R34 GTR.

after a decent set of coilovers to suit R33 GTS-T or even just a rear pair (preferred) must be in good condition, no leaks/knocks etc & definitely no stiff shit such as G4. Cheers

why not do a twin turbo conversion & be different? mine made just a tad under 250rwkw and 530nM of torque with VCT turned off( so with it on, i should get some more torque & power) R34 GTR turbos $500 custom lines & returns $250 stock RB26dett manifolds $50 modify exhaust manifold flange $40 head flanger (to space the turbos out) $80 R33 GTR dumps $50 JJR front pipe $300 nistune install + tune $1000 custom intake two > one pipe to match Z32 $200 z32 $300 walbro $130 550cc injectors (or get 6x S15 injectors they are 440 or 480cc) s/h $200-$400 FMIC $400 with some change to spare. that pretty much most of the major parts involved. and the induction noise on boost is insane

anyone in sydney who has one of these rb25 hiflows in their car and willing to take me for a spin? deciding if i should ditch my twin setup (250rwkw) for a single as 1 of my turbo seals are leaking & it will be cheaper to go back to single then upgrade to -7s lol

my old engine the rb25de neo with 5spd manual used to get 470km~ everyday driving with a 3" catback, on freeways i could get close to 600km. now my rb25dett gets 350km~ every day driving if im lucky and 450-480km on freeways :\

i have the same issue on my car atm too (R34 GTT), i believe it is for the 2 following reasons; 1) rear shocks are dead as they are leaking (but not knocking) 2) toe needs to be adjusted as the last time i got a wheel alignment, it was out by heaps. I had stiff coilovers before (G4s) and it handled perfectly so i dont thkn stiffness will be the cause of it.

castor rods are the same for 33/34
