  1. Noooo you were supposed to buy mine! Damn you Kaz!
  2. Have Mine's and Nismo work on my 32 to make it a Mine's 32 Z-tune. Then have them make another for me as a spare
  3. I'm using SCR too and they are pretty good Dont know about RDA though, never used em
  4. Price is negotiable
  5. Got a set of 6 coilpacks working fine off my 32gtr. This would be perfect for someone who has only a few faulty coilpacks and are not willing to spend a few hundred dollars to get Splitfires. Also, you will most likely have a spare few working coilpacks after combining my set and your own. Reason for sale is I have recently upgraded to Splitfires. I am asking $90 OBO. Will ship at buyers expense. Cheers :sorcerer:
  6. Haha Brothers is sort of like Autobarn here. They have a lot of cheap rice parts but they are pretty poor quality and i doubt they cater to skylines besides some universal stuff. I personally wouldnt recommend going there coz you may be quite disappointed haha. They're ok for audio gear though.
  7. Yeap go to Sunway. There are at least 20 car related shops there. Also if you have the time you can head over to SS Racing nearby this place called OUG. If you were to go to Sunway, ask anyone there and they'd be able to direct you to SS Racing which isnt far from Sunway. They have a very large selection of parts both 2nd hand and brand new.
  8. There are heaps available, just depending on how much you want to pay. C west, Z tune style, Top Secret, HKS, East Bear, Elektra, etc. You could get someone to make you a copy of those if your not willing to fork out so much coin.
  9. IMHO this was a waste of a thread
  10. +1 for C's. May take a while to get used to it tho as the throw is about as short as you can go. You may find that you need increased effort to shift as it gets tighter because of the leverage point or something about how it works. I love it but its personal preference i guess.
  11. That's Top Secret
  12. ^ well that being said my front turbo is leaking oil from the oil return line..
  13. to chrome something u need to polish it to a mirror like finish then plate it. ^ what do you mean plate it? as in electroplating? will it make much difference if you plate it without polishing it?
  14. Ive also got oil dripping out of my blow off valves after a few laps out Need a catch can asap heh

  16. Ok thanks a lot mate Haha its ok, i think your time's speak for themselves, so i'll keep taking your advice
  17. djr81: put somemore air in? I would have assumed that I had too much air in, more like 35psi cold, which i know is way too much but i didnt have a tyre pressure gauge on me to adjust it and it was my first time out so i was concentrating more on learning the track it pulls like a teenager more like at 5000rpm up, :S haha Snowman: I definitely take turn 1 and 2 in 3rd, those I feel I am doing quite ok. Thinking about it, I now realise i take the flip flop in 4th at least i know what to do next time haha Im not sure which is turn 8,9 or 10, but looking at the winton circuit map, I need more practice with the Northern BM corner. I am probably taking it too hot since I experience that vibrating understeer there quite often and have understeered into the gravel more than once heh. Another problem area is the Advanced Petroleum corner and the one right after that before the Kitome straight. What gears do i take those in? Is the Advanced Petroleum corner turn 8 (the one you recommended to take in 2nd)? I find if i take the one before the Kitome straight (9?) in 3rd i am a bit off full boost going onto the straight. Are those the corners 8 and 9 you are referring to? Thanks to you guys for the tips and recommendations, still very new to this. As snowman said, just need more practice (and a tyre pressure gauge!)
  18. First time at Winton on Monday and I managed a PB of 1:43 give or take, with a passenger. Probably with another track day or two there i would be able to manage a 1.40-41 with a bit of luck. One apparent problem is that my turbos are too laggy and that I cant take a few of the higher speed corners (most of them besides the hairpins) in 3rd as when I start to power out ill be around 500rpm below the efficient range and it'll result in like 0.5 secs wasted while the turbos spool up. I try to take the corners in 2nd and i find that i always run out of gear before the corner ends. Ive also tried taking the corners faster but it just results in bad understeer (the whole car vibrating, like hoping along sideways, not a smooth slide). My turbos are GT2560R -5s on a standard internal engine thus running only 315rwkw. I am also still running stock cams and front pipe which i guess could affect responsiveness which would be a great help to me on this particular track where i seem to be stuck between gears due to lag. Also, the only handling mods my car is running is GAB coilovers and re55s. Do the most of you on the top10 list have negative camber or sway bars/strut bars/chassis stiffening of some sort? Ill also try to play around with tyre pressures next time im there. No matter, its a pretty fun track, much much more technical than Calder for sure. Next stop, Sandown!
  19. Hey, i've tried to upload a picture before and it didnt turn out good (ie. pixelated) so i just removed it. Now ive got a new picture to upload from my computer but everytime i click update avatar the old image that i uploaded before appears? The new picture does not appear in my avatar after uploading? Ive checked its less than 100kb in size and is a jpeg but still does not work? Edit: Ive read the other threads and it says use URL so i tried using photobucket and uploaded the picture. I just copy pasted the URL code into the URL section but it says no avatar selected please return and try again. Thanks

    New P-plate Laws!

Looks like the 32 is going to be a full track car now. I might as well strip the interior and fit a 50 pt. roll cage
  21. ^ What has the widebody kit got to do with the 34 spoiler?
  22. Most metallic based clutches have this sound, its just how audible it is. I use an Exedy Hyper Twin and its one of the quietest ive heard, sorta muffled. On the other hand i know of a friend who uses an ORC twin plate and its bloody loud.
  23. felixy69, how heavy is heavy? I would assume <10kg, ie. not much diff from a stock 32gtr bonnet?
