  1. part no? flow? cc?
  2. yeah its not bad my dba 400s were 250 each for the front slotted and drilled gold ones
  3. ive got an exhaust sproket fitted on my, which was made by bass junky to allow us to adjust the exhaust side with the stock cam gears it made no different whatsoever, any changes and we lost power everywhere. its basically a spacer that fits on the cam sproket so u can adjust it
  4. well done everyone, good work
  5. yeah u can hard wire but not many people know that
  6. happy birthday champ
  7. are u using this pump in a high powered situation? be careful if you are as the walbro's are rated at 15v and in your r33 it will only get 12v
  8. what type of turbo did you install? is it oil cooled only? if so the oil restrictor needs to be changed as ball bearing units need less oil than plain/journal/oil cooled only, so you need to adjust the restrictor
  9. the stock cam gear is actually adjustable on the r33 you cant adjust it without removing it however i tried adjustable exhaust side and it gained nothing so you may just want to go for intake side only
  10. a link in my sig for 2nd hand units. also a link here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...4201&st=20# for a possibility of adapting rb26 PFC onto rb25, a few items of attention but certainly possible. if anyone has any information on this it would be great to try and kick off as a club. i can offer my R33 and can buy a 26 PFC to use and test with, providing we dont blow it up. would be handy, would mean working airtemp support as well
  11. have added a hotlink in my sig for 2nd hand PFC"s from a trader on SAU he seems keen to help out so might be worth trying there
  12. check my sig
  13. yeah saliya is right unplug one and look at sensor sw check
  14. i was tempted to order an rb26 powerfc tonight and wire it up to my rb25 and write up a quick howto so for those looking for powerfcs on their r33 could simply follow the steps using a new rb26 PFC but i have some concerns 1) duplexing the afm input to the 2nd afm pin 2) duplexing the 02 sensor input to the 2nd afm pin (if wanted) 3) altering the injector settings to suit rb25 370cc instead of rb26 440cc (so possibly negative correction or latency??) 4) getting a working VCT setup (friend suggested buddy club device $90) if anyone is willing or interested to work on some of these it coudl be helpful for all
  15. no the stock map on the powerfc is not the same as the stock ecu map it has a bit more tuning and a little bit leaner afrs probably. when you get the pfc, remove the safc completely (and sell it). you should not need to run both, nor is it a good idea to. the safc is simply correction values for 20 load points, its not a complete map so no, the data is not compatible.
  16. fuel economy will be ok ish providing you have a working 02 sensor
  17. should be plenty of powerfc's second hand
  18. when when you turn the car to ON but don't start it, what do those values show?
  19. good find, looks ace
  20. i went back to work today after 3 weeks off certainly a fun day :0
  21. ive used the one maxx sells lots of gaps around it, so pretty much pointless the stock airbox is best
  22. whats does ETC, SENSOR SW CHECK (AFM1) show at idle? what does MONITOR, 1 CHANNEL, AIRFLOW show at idle? anything in SENSOR SW CHECK thats highlighted in black background
  23. the bonnett doesnt close with the gruppe m airbox he is using so he had to cut out the airvent for it
  24. have a read of the pfc faq in my sig, covers afm vs djetro pfc models and what advatanges/disadvantages each has
  25. my neck is red hot still
