  1. 80's style television channel names, thats what it means ATV9, GTV10, HSV7 Check out some of the classic old tv guides http://televisionau.siv.net.au/tvguide.htm September 1989 http://televisionau.siv.net.au/tv250989.htm you can't do that on television double dare hunter (the dude with the stupid cat) happy days Notice how many movies were on back then :sorcerer:
  2. well it will help get a rough idea if its a stock gtst then they will be stocker injectors as it will have a stock ecu, its not like you would have a stand alone ecu on a stock gtst with bigger injectors. if it has cams, stand alone, bigger turbo etc they a logic guess would be next step up say 550cc and if theres a resistor pack then GTR ones could also be a logical guess
  3. the stock series 2 bar is ace, no other aftermarket front bar looks as good imho. and a gtr bar on it will just look odd, your missing flared guards, different bonnett, twin turbos, 4wd drivetrain etc

  14. ok on the gtst loom there is wastegate control look in the powerfc faq cubes did an animated gif between differeneces of rb20 and rb25 wiring loom it shows the wastegate control wires
  15. yeah i know, scary hey ps: love the pic
  16. from the top 3 pin boost kit plug power - map sensor ground - map sensor signal - map sensor 2 wires from car loom power - any 12v power im pretty sure ground - look for wasteground solenoid control basically the map sensor plugs into the FC and the solenoid runs of the factory harness on the stock loom is wastegate control which is power and ground, ground is switched by the ecu to control boost you just need to match these up and it works
  17. with a stock ecu = dyno tuning = pointless with stand alone engine management, dyno tuning = awesome
  18. if your boost kit has the 3 pin plug and socket then the 3 wires are for the map sensnor power, ground,. signal the 2 wires for the solenoid are run off the factory harness
  19. yeah nengun dont hold any stock of any powerfc units but the delay with the ap engineering units is that they have to goto ap eng to be modified to suit rb20 so theres an extra delay
  20. you cant tune the stock ecu
