Good result from the team.
HKS apparently are getting their car up and running again and hope to retake the record.
the stock injectors are the same size and im sure the afm is also the same (if its the r32 model your talking about)
i wouldnt upgrade them but maybe get a fuel pressure reg installed and wind up the fuel pressure in conjunction with a good dyno run
as far as i know the cefiro/skyline loom differences are plugs and nothing more. if you have a look at the wiring diagram i dont see you having any problem.
i plan on running an ecr33 power fc on a cefiro with laurel de (originally rb20e) loom with a skyline head and rb30
it still runs an air to air intercooler also last time i checked. why i dont know but there must be some need for cooling.
a local tuner here (blue evo that runs low 8's) has said these passes arent on full power either so that shows lots of promise
im quite interested in the amount of pressure (power) some of these clutches can hold up to.
im looking at putting out around 350kws atw and have been told ill need a tilton twin plate with custom flywheel. is this necessary??
a company called japaneseperformance in nz do them also.
email them on [email protected] and say byron sent you and they should hook you a good deal. i think they are cheaper that above definitley
i definitley get the concept now, just had to have a closer look at the pictures as im blind sometimes hah
what is the main issue cubes. is it simply the resistor being affected by heat??
sydneykid is pretty spot on, so sydneykd would you mind explaining cubes' theory and your opinion of it.
will the computer also be affected by the different ohms?
i live in nz and dont seem to have any problem getting 98 fuel so i dont know what your on about.
the rips skyline is mainly nitrous also so doesnt really count.
ill go home and check my diagrams but they are from the nissan manual
the rb26 has different knock sensors as well. dont know whether that will make a difference though?
