I wouldn't . the car gets a lil bit touchy if you start fiddling with it and pulling things out. been there already 2 days back for 12 hrs.. put simply prepare to take the car to the dealer to reset anything that the car deems fit to disable and set lights on. its NOT a car to pull down on a whim.

FYI (since I privately answered this question.) for those looking at the australian EBAY link on this item - DONT bother! the wiring IS NOT IN THE CAR - PERIOD! given time (and currently lack thereof for me.) I'll make one for the ADM cars that will work. I know what is reqiured and its a case of finding the correct bits and making it. there is more to this than I'm saying but that is the basic gist of it.

thats what the buttons are. the camera is a dealer fit. it will chase back to a box in the floor usually. one button will turn the froward ones on , another will turn the rear on and the third is a auto,manual switch

its the stalk. tell me who did the car and I can tell you how to fix the issue. if you have the I & II switch on the lower dash then it needs to be set to two for the lower set to work.

neither. limits need setting. put the window down and hold the switch for 5 sec after its down. do teh same on up. - problem fixed.

run it past and I'll fix it. this is a two minute fix.

I did a non bose one first up. the bose version gets donethis week in the same fashion as the other. I'll test mule it for a bit before I go further. short version - it works but needs tweaking so that the whole sytem works as its meant to. currently I run the non bose one without the stacker attached.( I keep selling the stacker thats meant for it!) only issue with you lot is going to be cost. I'm doing these simply because I was told I couldn't. for a fully reworked (radio and CD) its NOT going to be cheap. radio only will be a LOT more than the cost of an expander but it will give a fraction of the issues. put plainly I spend the best part of 6 months on this and I'm not letting it go for nix.

+1. in short part for it aren't that cheap. look in the common faults area.

full set of cds up to 2009. if yours is upto 2000 then its not there. enter your chassis number in the spot and it will come up. yours is a ARX with hicas and a hsot of other things I cannot remember when I looked it up. short answer for the immobiliser is no. ( if it was you I spoke to earlier tonight.) take a photo of the key barrel and I can tell you in an instant if its there or not

I'm over the little shits that went down my street with a size 8 sports shoe kicking car doors in and destroying mirrors on sat night. my wagon copped a 5" deep dent in the drivers door and one totally destroyed JAP ONLY mirror. (I figure I can rebuild the mirror from local bits.) that destroyed the inside switch mounts, all the guides and the reg. at least SOME of that is local. neighbors VZ copped the same treatment with both doors kicked and the mirror ripped off. seems to happen every couple of years at random. both of us would love to show them what a size 11 boot could do to them!!

somewhere I do. media server is off curretnly so I can't get to the 400Gb of images. its mainly install though.

update: still trialing the 2413/14 twins. The 2004 spec radio (PN2613) has been sussed out. I found a processor that will run with it. going to take a bit of fiddling but its definitely doable!! experiments start once I get the processor here. need to start on the 2005 version properly now. I'm going nutty looking at 4 schematics/ 2 chassis's at the same time. Jon Chan, expect a call on the white car in about a week. yours was one chassis I've modded, no stacker for it -YET.
