HUGE difference between COD4 and COD5 multiplayer. Miss the COD4 guns though New level pack is nice, the train station is a decent one - with enough players its a bloodbath. Same with the night ruins (wrong name i know) level, so many open windows and sneaky spots to kill from or be killed from.

Dont mind this game, had all the playstation GT games, but this one is good in its own way. Built a Supra and GTR exactly like my 2 in the garage. Its needs more rim choices and more tuning options for boost and power delivery as mentioned before

MX5's hold value? I know of one within those years that just sold for $4k, and the same buyer got another whole car as a spare for $1000 to use as parts......maybe there's a special model thats more desirable than others ("SP" turbo one came out way later though)?!?! The number two, Porsche 011. Were they meaning the "widowmaker" 993 GT2/993 Turbo? (last of the air cooled) The GTR isnt on the list, where did it come roughly - within the top ten?

Dont know how i missed this thread, being an agent (in the past). Al, the reason i left that industry is exatly this sort of BS that gives the industry a bad name and want nothing to do with it. Looks like pretty much everything has been covered already, are you still keen on this property? Out of interest, can you ask the lady how she came to give this particular agent the listing? How did they get in touch? Was it a recommendation from one of her friends? If so, she should speak to her friend (maybe its written above but i missed it)
