    Superlap Oran Park.

If you're coming up and stopping halfway, there's a good place to stay in Tarcutta (which is about halfway). The return trip will take you 8hrs near the speed limit
  2. If you need to do this on a budget go rb20 A great car is the rb25 r32 RB26 gtst will be a heap of mucking around and money
  3. We can all confirm, you had a great time
  4. Im still laughing at that! Its official, i have "the bucket" and Adrian has "the nappy"
  5. Oh good.....remember what you needed to do when 4wd got working...
  6. Wait on, has anyone tried the patrol motor in a GTR? Does the 26 head go straight on? Mmmmm that sort of displacement would be great........with a t04z
  7. I remember the MCR R34 GTR had 2540's at one point, not sure how long ago though
  8. And a bloody ugly steering wheel. Its a bit of a let down seeing it in real life (have been at Wakefield for powerplay trackdays where it and other rare cars are in attendance), there's so much hype over it, yes its rare and faster than most (if not all) of the factory GTR's but it seems out of place at a day like that where most of the GTR's there are highly modified (and faster) than the famous ZTune. From memory, the 400R is RWD?.....if so, that would make a fun Dutton/rally car mated with a 2.8 stroker RB26
  9. Just to confirm....the RIPS bottom end includes a sump adaptor plate for GTR's thats one part with the cradle yeah? So you can buy that by itself? Also, if you dont mind - price?
  10. Well, thats homo.
  11. Damn, if you were in Sydney id take Kramer pic. Let meknow if you change your mind on postage
  12. Oh, a HUGE vote to keep the flying finish as a regular thing on the longwang! Its great finishing sideways
  13. Wow! What a fun day! Like usual the SAUVIC guys put on a good show - big thanks; Bec, Chris, Scott, Ryan, Wayne, Adam and ALL the volunteers! Huge thanks to Al for the lift and the drive, i usually dont like driving other peoples cars quick but couldnt resist another RB30. Mate, your car is crazy fun! Also good to meet some new faces - Ben, Femno, Leon, Russel, Aaron etc VERY nice to see some Porkas (no, not the strippers) come and spice things up, they sounded awesome getting sideways on the skidpan. Hopefully they'll be there again Thanks to everyone that gave me a ride throughout the day! Chris (purple r33gtr) ill find out about the rims asap The red supra looked great out there, good to see a JZA80 mixing it up with the Skylines. Definatly need a set of those rims for my one Turns out 1000cc injectors and that monstrosity of a fuel system arent good for fuel economy back to Sydney, who wouldve guessed?! The burgers tasted great this time.....i wonder why that was..... Shepp's nightlife never ceases to amaze Any pics or vids of the white R32GTR "BNR32" (NSW rego) would be very much appreciated
  14. I have 5 stockies you can have for $130 Also, i can recommend someone quite close to do the rego for you
  15. RB30 and lowmounts. Dont base your choice on people's opinions who havnt tried both. Ive tried both, and the RB30 just cant be beaten. By the way, mine revs to 8000rpm no dramas as does MANY others on these forums, including some going past that without issues, so if anyone tells you they dont rev they either have no fu(king clue and shouldnt be listened to or repeat second hand information still have no fu(king clue and again, shouldnt be listened to. Best way to do it is to line up a ride in an RB30 GTR from around your area thats got some power behind it, ask the driver to give it a good hard stab in 2nd. That will make your mind up
  16. Smart move on the daily driver - it makes aaaaaaaall the difference
  17. Sweet, someone with a camera means getting the back out Bec dont forget the 2 from here, you'll know one (Smoky) and you'll meet the other one at the motel
  18. Oh great news Ben! Thats taken a fair while, i bet you're happy
  19. Start on suspension and braking after a new radiator
  20. Much appreciated Paul, as always
  21. Hahaha, yeah something like that Still bringing it, if its not broken it will be there You just reminded me the AC isnt working, ill see about that if there's time
  22. All pump all the way Jungle juice isnt my sort of thing, yet. From looking through as many GTRS graphs as i can find on the net its going to be a 22psi tune that gets me the right number, have to remember though; -Not the right port job on current head for huge numbers, its more for response -Quite possibly bad choice of cam profiles -Increased capacity *Throws up RB30 gang signs* Very happy though that you paved the way so to speak with the low mounts
