Only 3yrs? pathetic. 8kg washer for 2 people? Is this your way of telling us you're expecting twins?
-
Samsung 7kg front loader here, we've had it 8yrs so far, 6 of which has been with kids... I have replaced one water valve (leaking) and I suspect the shocks that hold the barrel are getting tired.

Oh that stuff I do, that's not a reno though. I just see that stuff as basic maintenance work and I do all that. First year apprentice work for a tradie. When I was helping my mate put in our new ducted ac/heater he told me I would make a good TA lo f**k him I was more talking bench tops, cabinets, tiling etc but the flat pack is a good idea.
-
I like to try and do as much as I can, but there are some jobs I don't attempt. I put tiling in that basket, but a mate of mine had a go using youtube clips when he did his bathroom and I have to say it came up as good as I'd expect a tradie to do. I've got kitchen/bathroom/laundry to do in this place and I'm considering outsourcing the whole lot lol

Glad I could provide some useful content. Maybe one day I'll buy a 35 and then we can watch me realise how far out of my mechanical depth I would be, would be a great build lol. With my dirt road in and out of my property though not likely -

hahah great testing and yes stock GT-Rs are pretty shit. I still feel like the chassis wants at least 400rwkw to be "lively". I know I wanted more in mine at 380, so maybe 450 is the right number? Just when you can, I am just trying to live vicariously through you. -

Also please post close ups now you've cleaned it properly. Engine bays and interiors are the two places that I find low K's cars really shine. -

We're making progress. Just need to gloss up that lower lip and your tyres. Big points for no plate in the rolling shot. -

God damn, would you detail this car please and shine up all the blacks and plastics etc. You're killing me. -
You're kidding me? You mean I shouldn't just assume everything I read here is fact, do my own research, and come up with my own conclusions anyway? Because I have certainly never done that... I'm not sure what I'll do about the backwards engine just yet, but I'm sure there's a box to fix it.
-
I will go Halal because I want as many boxes as possible. That's the only way to go fast....

There's a critical issue though. Nobody here wants to tune it. Getting the Silvia done was a bit of a pain last time, and I can't say I was impressed with the result (which may say more for who tuned it). If I can't get good results with one locally, there's no point. Would rather go with what my tuner likes and recommends.
-
lol yes I know As if I would buy all that fruit for the bottom end and head then run it on a Nistune I might cheap out on the turbo yet, but I won't cheap out on management.
-
Non-existent All my time and money going into the house. Will be a Nistune Kinugawa build at this rate. I did get a job though so that's a plus.
-
Looks great, well done If you could stop pissing on about the SAU builds standards Haltech Garret shit...
-
I had a poke around the Milwaukee site, some of that M12 gear looks fantastic for working on jap cars.
-
Hasn't been an issue yet *shrug* But I am used to fitting big things in tight places, you might be more used to handling tiny stuff?
